The check-in was fine but when we arrived at room it had not been fully cleaned. The coffee maker was not cleaned. I had a cocktail at the bar which was garnished with a bug. I informed the staff as descetly as possible which they resolved by replacing the drink (which I didn't request) and then charged me for all the drinks.
We stayed three nights, the second day the room wasn't cleaned at all. We had to request clean towels. At check-out we asked the valet to pull my car around they couldn't locate it. Finally after about 40 minutes they were able to retrieve my car. However the key had been damaged so that the remote wasn't working properly.
