I liked how the property was setup like apartments. What I didnt like is that it was a bit noisy at night. I wished we had something more quiet. I also didnt like how a truck and their trailer parked infront of the building we were at taking all the front spots when they clearly could have parked on the side building. The breakfast was okay. They ran out of syrup for waffles so I just ate the eggs, bacon, potatoes. The quality of the food was okay. Nothing special. But I was glad to have free breakfast. Hard to find that these days. The dining toom was nice and clean. Jared our front desk person was so nice and welcoming. He even checked up on us after we were settled in.

A great place to stay in the Nashville area for me and my pet. Quiet business park location with a park nearby in walking distance. Lots of restaurants and stores close. A great value for the cost compared to other hotels in the area. Very clean, fast service, great suite.

Sonesta ES Nashville was a great place to stay. The breakfast was tasty and check in and out was so easy. A welcoming place for the family and our dog. My only comment and it is minor but the toilet paper holder was broken when we arrived. Thank you!

Nice property and has a basketball court 👍🏀Charged me a $10 per hour fee for checking in early 😡 i.e. I arrived 1.5 hours before the 4:00 pm check in time. Billed me $30, 😡

The property and buildings were really nice. The staff not so much. We asked the front desk lady if they had laundry facilities. She replied i told you when you checked in where it was. Very unprofessional staff. We had to bring our towels to front desk to exchange them. Wouldn't stay there again.

Breakfast was my favorite part expect for Sunday it was set up very late which delayed my plans for the day. The staff didn’t seemed bothered that the guests were frustrated and took their time. Friday and Sat breakfast set up was perfect and the lady was so nice. She helped cook my waffles, kept things stocked, and asked how was everything. Helped cleaned off tables. She deserves a reward. The room was beautiful, clean, and as pictured from the website. I felt safe and liked the convenience of how close the places I liked were nearby. I enjoyed this stay overall. :)
