THE Perfect Place
This home has everything you could want and more. The absolute perfect location. Property owners are always available at moments notice if you need them for anything. One of the BEST VRBO stays I’ve experienced. Such an amazing city to visit and even better when you have a place like this to lay your head at night! SOLID FIVE STARS!

Wonderful owner and Amazing Location
Tina was absolutely amazing to work with and so very helpful and accommodating! Our original reservation with a different VRBO location/owner got cancelled only two hours before check in and we had to scramble to find another place to stay.....Tina stepped right up, and made everything turn out great. She was extremely responsive and got us booked into her place even though the offices had closed for the night and she had to do it herself. She definitely saved our trip!! And the condo was in an amazing location! Right in the middle of everything and a super easy walk wherever we wanted to go. It was so fun to people watch through the wall of windows as everyone walked by. And having a parking spot so close by for our rental car was a great bonus as well! Can't say enough good things about Tina and her place!

Perfect!
Save a ton for downtown lodging over hotels near Lower Broadway and enjoy all the comforts of home. This unit is cozy, clean, comes with a ton of amenities and is just steps from the honky tonks, Ryman Auditorium, and plenty of great places to eat right on 2nd Avenue. The unit has windows overlooking the street so you get to enjoy the sights and sounds, even while lounging between trips out, and a place to replenish your supply of spirits directly below. It's a great place to rest, has nice hot showers and is easily the best-priced unit on 2nd Avenue. Tina, the owner is awesome as well. She'll keep you informed from the time of booking and will ensure you have everything you need to an enjoyable stay in Music City. 5 STARS!
