Even thought the hotel is under some remodeling, the work started at a decent hour, allowing us to rest in the morning. The rooms are very nice, and great breakfast too!

This was a nice hotel to come back to after visiting areas around Nashville. It wasn't right in the middle of downtown but was close enough to get to all areas quickly. Great price for the location.

There is construction at the property and I completely understand upkeep is necessary, however debris from the construction was blowing in our AC unit throughout our stay and covered our room and belongings. We encountered multiple spiders in the shower also.

Made a reservation for my spouse 5/26-5/27 through Expedia. He arrived at the hotel at 0047 on the 27th and the associate Tim said that we didn’t have a reservation even though we had confirmation codes from the hotel. I called the hotel at 0105 and spoke to Tim trying to ask what information he needed, or figure out where the misunderstanding was coming from. He was incredibly rude and hung up. My spouse was just going to leave but I insisted that he try and still check in because it was so late and we weren’t going to be able to find another hotel. He spoke again with Tim and the associate was belligerent, disrespectful and downright childish. There were also two other individuals waiting to check in, but from overhearing a conversation between Tim and a suspected manager, Tim had accidentally overbooked guests but was refusing to take responsibility for his actions or even give a simple apology to the guests trying to check in. I attempted to get my money back through Expedia, but Expedia said that the hotel was refusing a refund because we ‘no called no showed’. My souse was trying to check in from 0047-0124, that’s 37 minutes physically at the hotel, and I also called twice. The company is lying or refusing to investigate further.

Overall good value hotel … it’s about 10-15 drive to Broadway,10 minutes to oprey or you can take a shuttle for $10 return …rooms are nice and modern , beds are comfortable.. breakfast was same each day. We saved a lot versus being downtown..they were renovating the exterior walls so it was noisy starting at 7am (but that’s not their fault) I would recommend this hotel to others

The property was under construction. It would have been nice to be advised of before hand. The first room we had was noisy with all the construction workers music blasting and the air conditioning didn’t work. We went to front desk spoke with lady who was sympathetic and changed our room . That was good, however our room didn’t get maid the whole 3 nights we were there. Had no towel didn’t change the sheets we had keep going o front desk for them. We saw the maid service on the floor but they kept bypassing us. The front desk was apologetic. We don’t blame them. But we feel a conversation should be had about cleaning , especially these days.they offered breakfast but I suppose they didn’t realize all people that were there, because it looked as if they ran out of food.

The hotel is old and under renovation. We were given a room where they were doing construction outside the window. They were good about moving us. Some of the front desk staff were extremely unfriendly and unwilling to go out of their way to do anything. The rooms were old but clean and updated but the beds were extremely uncomfortable and hard as rocks.
