Not bad.

Posted May 23, 2017
Most every hotel in Nashville is overpriced. But, if you get the really cheap ones then it's usually pretty bad. This place is mid range for Nashville and is clean. Close to the airport and downtown.

Just OK

Posted May 22, 2017
Pros: Cost
Cons: Breakfast and furnishings
Location: Close to airport and convenient to downtown. Nothing in the immediate vicinity except Waffle House.
This was not a bad place to stay and was OK for the amount we paid, but I would not recommend staying here if you can afford a little more. The room was clean, but small and in need of updating. The hotel staff seemed new and in need of more training. The breakfast was poor quality and the only restaurant within walking distance was a Waffle House. Room was not well insulated, so we could hear hallway and lobby noise. We were going to extend our stay and extra day to complete some business, but the hotel wanted to charge us more than we had paid through Expedia so we checked out a day early and found a better option.

Travelling on your own.

Posted May 17, 2017
Pros: Nice clean large bed not a room with tons of space but I was only one person so it was fine for me.
Cons: As my stay was very short I cannot comment on anything that needed improvement.
Location: That was a small dilemma. It wished something to eat and necessarily fast food. There are no sidewalks and to get to more selection. You need a car.
It probably sounds old fashioned, but as a woman travelling on her own in a strange place I felt comfortable and safe. To be that close to the Airport having the shuttle (took maybe 8 min) to get there was important. I had an exceptionally early flight.

Needs Updating

Posted May 13, 2017
The two doors one pulled out fall down on each other, one chair in the room was frayed, and the office chair was broken. The beds were very firm. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

Good place to stay for a very good price

Posted May 9, 2017
Close to everything. Very friendly and competent staff. Little noisy at night-fridge, air conditioning, neighbors. The doors to each room slam very loud? Could use updating

Check Your Location Before Booking!

Posted May 9, 2017
Pros: Convenient for my particular purposes.
Cons: Rooms all need updating and remodeling. There are thee interstates that this hotel sits in the middle of, so car is a must.Mildew in all rooms.
Location: There is nothing within a 20 minute drive. No walking distance to an attraction. You must have a car.
My experience was nice enough for a business traveler. I would not recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

Convenient from the Airport and Nice

Posted May 7, 2017
Pros: Location and it is a little better than most others.
We needed a place near the airport. There are a lot of hotels in the area. We chose this one. It was fine.

Beware of bad rooms

Posted Apr 30, 2017
Pros: Breakfast was fine
Avoid room 525 at all costs. In addition to being on the top floor (more airplane noise), it's also next to the boiler/mechanical room which is very loud. More problems: the heavy curtains for the window aren't allowed to close, so you're left with the privacy curtain only- hope you like waking up with the sun! The mini fridge smelled terrible (making the entire room smell funky) and had created a giant wet spot in front of it. The bed had lots of pillows (good), but they were all over filled for back sleepers. The room doors don't seal tightly, so you can easily hear people in the hallway.

Thank you for your review of our hotel. I am so sorry for all of the issues you experienced. I will alert the housekeeping team about the odor and wet spot created by the mini fridge. Our staff's main priority is to provide a clean and comfortable room for each guest and we obviously failed miserably with your room. Please know this is not usual or customary for us. I do hope you will give us another chance the next time your travels bring you this way. Ms. RB, Executive Manager
