Nice enough hotel, but expensive for the quality

Would have been happy with the stay for about half the price. Room was clean and comfortable but the overall facility seemed a bit run down.

Close to capitol and downtown

Pros: Close to downtown
Cons: Housekeeping staff. Front desk people need more training, if they want to be in the "hospitality" business.
Location: Grand Ole Opry; Honky Tonk Row;
Hotel was nice and adequate for stay. The bellmen and valet staff were hospitable and prompt. After our first night in the hotel, we spent the next day touring Nashville. Upon our return we had no towel replacements, no toilet tissue, no Kcups, no coffee cups and no cups for the bathroom. We left NO tip for housekeeping. When we checked out the hotel clerk looked at me and said "checking out?"..as she leaned against the wall behind her, without a smile. I said yes, and she asked how our stay was. I told her "kinda ok". She didn't respond and handed me the invoice.

Middle of downtown

For location and cleanliness, you can't beat $95/night with a free full breakfast. Walking distance to Bridgestone Arena.

Awful rooms, loud environment, motel environment. Terrible motel and won't ever recommend or go back.

The location of this is within walking distance to Broadway. This is set up more like a motel.

Older hotel that needs work but fantastic stafg

Room was small and crowded for 2 beds. Pictures looked a lot bigger. Very large roach in bathroom. Hotel staff from valet to front desk to managment were outstanding. All were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was older but room were tight. Except for large roach on bathroom shower, the room was clean.

Clean hotel with free breakfast. Walking distance to Broadway. Friendly and helpful staff. The only thing missing was a pool.

Good location, walking distance to restaurants,etc

Pros: I liked the full breakfast every morning, included in the room price. Staff is friendly and helpful.
This hotel allowed me a late check out my last day, since I had a later flight home. I really appreciated this courtesy.

Decent Room

I was surprised to find that the entrance to my room was outside rather than down an interior hallway. The staff was friendly and the room was clean with the exception of some missed dust.

Not the best hotel choice for Nashville

Location: Hotel is a short walk to major sights, Honky Tonk Row, Country Music Hall of Fame etc
Ended up staying at this hotel as we received notification from Expedia that our original hotel choice had cancelled our booking. While the location of this hotel is good, we felt like we were going back in time and staying in a dorm room in University. The actual hotel is very tired looking and the outside corridors do little to add to the overall appearance. Our bathroom was very dark and it was very odd to discover that there were no towel racks!! Also the first time I have ever stayed in a hotel where the safe is in the bathroom. The breakfast selection was ok and the elevator was painfully slow.
