Nice hotel close to downtown

Pros: Staff was helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable, cleanliness of rooms and lobby, the offering a breakfast was a nice surprise.
Cons: The windows and doors could be sealed a bit better to help reduce some outside noise.
Location: Location is within a10 minute walk to downtown. Capital Buildings, Museums are right across the road. There are plenty of restaurants in area
Hotel Staff was amazing, would go out of there way to help and always acknowledge you. Full breakfast serviced daily, with a variety of option to choose from. The hotel has recently been renovated, are clean and well maintained, rooms are small but that was not a concern for us as we were there to see this city. Access to your room is from the outside and was no concern.

Birthday Celebration

We're three mature women celebrating a milestone birthday in Nashville. The Capitol met all our needs. A great location, super easy to get a cab when we didn't want to walk. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: The staff. They wear "I'm #2" buttons and the statement is true. They put you first and are very good at and enjoy their job.
Location: Football and hockey stadium, honkey tonks, Walgreens. Everything is in walking distance!
The staff is so friendly! Hotel is in a perfect location. Close to restaurants, stadiums and honky tonks! You can walk everywhere. And if you get tired of walking, you can take a golf cart "joyride" for tips. It's awesome!

Good location

The hotel is in easy walking distance to the centre, but far enough away to be in a quiet location. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Ok but far from brodway

Ok hotel, but didn't feel safe with the motel style hotel. Receptionists were a bit rude. Parking expensive. Breakfadt not great

Not worth it

I selected this hotel due to its proximity to downtown and Broadway. In hindsight, it was still a bit of a walk in the heat of Nashville summer, and it wasn't worth the extra money I paid to be more central. The hotel was serviceable but still overpriced given the quality. The one elevator was slow, rooms are small, and housekeeping completely skipped over us one morning. It would have been a phone call to pull someone from home to clean the room by the time we got back late that afternoon. There are so many other hotels in areas like the Gulch and midtown that would have been better options for my trip, and I recommend you consider those. Plus, Uber and Lyft are plentiful and cheap all around town, so "central" isn't so critical.

All staff treated us like we were family. They wished us a good day every time we left and welcomed us back. Not only with a smile and a hi...but with conversation and questions about our day.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The overall conditions...outside hallways, safety aspect needs improvement. Breakfast was awful
We checked Ina no checked out within a half hour. The front desk gave us a complete refund. They were wonderful. Actual rooms do not look the same as online photos.

Nice enough hotel, but expensive for the quality

Would have been happy with the stay for about half the price. Room was clean and comfortable but the overall facility seemed a bit run down.
