We had such an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The front desk personnel couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful. They provided free coupons daily for Lyft rides, so we quickly downloaded the Lyft app had free transportation the entire 4 days. A few tips: don’t be late to the free breakfast. I think it’s open till 10 am, but hot food gets scarce after 9 am. I heard from other guests you don’t want to have a car parked at this hotel. The rates are high to park, but honestly, the rooms were clean and nice, my friends and I had no complaints.

The property is a bit of a long walk from the downtown area, but the price was way more reasonable than the downtown hotels. We were able to quickly grab Lyft cars to take us wherever we wanted if we did not feel like taking the walk. the staff was very helpful and kind and the hotel room was comfortable, quiet and clean. I would definitely recommend a lunch at the Jacks barbecue across the street from the hotel.

Very nice hotel. Would recommend staying to anyone who would like to be within walking distance to most of the major attractions, but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. Only issue is not the hotels fault, but due to the hospital nearby sirens can be heard day and night.

I thought the hotel was great, the rooms are spacious and clean. I think the parking fee is a little excessive, most of the hotels that I have stayed in offer free parking so when they said it would 40 a day plus a 3.70 fee I was a little taken aback. I think the next time I go to Nashville I will find a hotel that offers free parking.
