Awful

We were assigned a room without curtains so we're unable to sleep due to the huge outdoor car park light which shone directly into the bedroom. The Air Conditioning didn't work properly and the bed was very uncomfortable. This hotel was the worst property that I have stayed in for over 10 years and I not only want a refund but I would suggest that no one ever book this place. The hotel looks ok online but in reality it is a farce and the rates that they charge for Saturday nights is a complete rip off. I recommend that no one book this hotel. It needs a complete refurbishment. The only good thing was that the receptionist was friendly.

Excellent staff but hotel is old and expensive

Pros: The staff is excellent, and there is a shuttle that takes you on the hour to and from the airport. Also, there is a free breakfast.
Location: Hotel is close to the airport.
The staff members were friendly and helpful. They worked very hard at keeping the hotel clean and efficient. When my husband and I checked in, we were given information about the shuttle and events in the area. Our room, despite structural issues, was clean. The staff that prepared the morning breakfast, also had a member who drove the shuttle bus. The staff works very hard. The problem with the hotel was it was old and had structural issues. Our bathroom door did not close because the floor was warped. The bathroom sink was separate from the toilet and tub, and faced our bed. The lounge area had a major leak coming from the ceiling, and the indoor pool had a strong chlorine odor that we could smell in our room. The hotel was expensive for it's age and structural issues.

My kids and I enjoyed staying at this hotel while we were visiting Nashville. It was very clean, the breakfast in the lobby was delicious and had so many options.

Terrible

Called to let staff know gonna be late checking in due to vehicle breakdown, staff said ok then when went to check in was told I was charged for a no show and the rest of my reservation was cancelled out. Had to find another hotel to stay at!! Horrible staff!!!

Unfortunately this guest did not show up at all for their first night and did not let us know they weren't going to be here. In as much the hotel did hold the room as reserved for the first night. They did not call or show up until late the second day - at which point they did not have a reservation. We do honor and respect all reservations and work with folks as able. We, however, were not made aware as the guest claims.

Pillow size is important

It was a great room but for a suite, I wish it had 2 queen sized beds instead of 2 full. Also the pillows were weird. They were square pillows the size of decorative couch pillows, not comfortable.

Was so happy we chose this Hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfast, an nice heated pool. The kids loved it!! Food and gas stations close by.

Disappointed.

Bathroom floor dirty when we got there. Dirty end of bed cover on bed. Indoor pool room was hot , pool very cool and closest bathroom was way down the hall. The room was fine , clean sheets, bathtub and commode. The maid came at 7:30 am to clean our room. She did not knock but we had the door lock on and she tried to come in 3 times forcefully.we yelled that we were in the room and she stopped. Did not know you had to keep the do not disturb sign on to rest on Saturday am. Front desk staff nice. Do not plan to stay there again.

Decent hotel .. close to Smashville

Went to party like Rockstars in Nashville.. Cab ride is about $15 downtown Breakfast is ok Looking for a place to just get some shut eye .. this will do ...we had 6 ppl so it was cheap that way Good luck and have a blast !!

The beds are hard and someone hit our car while parked. Didn't leave a note. Called the hotel to see if they could pull cameras but they refused to. Also the hallways smell like vanilla. Very strong
