This Country Inn and Suite was extremely poor compared to the others we have stayed in! For the price we paid we expected the hotel to be up to the Country Inn standards! It was definitely not!!!!!!

Very comfortable night. I just prefer standard size pillows to the small ones

Overpriced

There’s construction that was never mentioned, hotel looks like it opened far too soon. Also, the price of my room almost doubled from one night to the next. Would not recommend.

Very nice hotel, great location, easy freeway access, restaurants/shopping nearby. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Hotel was ok. Staff was nice but construction was right over my head making it hard to relax and the bath towels need to be replaced. They felt more like sandpaper than towels though the room and towels were clean.

Woke up to roofers banging on the roof overhead. Cautions tape and shingles everywhere. Room was nice.

Hotel needs work

Hotel was under renovation. As my wife put it, "Our room looked like it was half finished by a 3rd grader." Not overly inpressed for a Country Inn

Thanks Expedia

When bad weather forced us to spend another day in Nashville. Thanks to Expedia I was abke to get a hotel quickly and fairly reasonable. Now heres the kicker. The email conformation that was sent contained an incorrect phone number. Same named hotel different location. When I called the number contained in the email and asked for the airport shuttle i arrived at the wrong hotel. They did not have a reservation for me. After approximately 30 minutes of talking with an Expedia representative I was finally able to get the other hotel amount refunded and the Young lady at the Hotel I was standing in her lobby honored the same ammount I was refunded. Moral of the story make sure you are at the correct hotel.
