Room was “non-smoking” but wreaked of cigarettes. Rust in shower looked like blood. Ash was found throughout the room, doesn’t seem to have been cleaned thoroughly. Have stayed in the area before but this place felt unsafe. Checked out before we even stayed the night.

Broken shower head, dirty tables, duvet cover filled with burned cigarette holes!!!! Absolutely disgusting. Upon arriving back one evening stumbled upon a naked patron peeing on the balcony who later peeked into my window. Unsafe :(

Unfortunately, I cannot say I liked anything. I did not feel safe and there were people outside my room talking most of the night. Broken elements: shower handle, refrigerator, hair dryer No internet and limited tv Motel is built into a hill so I had trouble parking and getting to my room.

The room was not clean had no towels the whole stay my toilet was stopped up I went to the front desk and they did nothing to fix it I asked for the manger they wasn't available 250 dollars just wasted

The staff was friendly but the room smelled a little weird. You could see daylight through bottom of hotel room door. There were holes in wall. Black powder or mold around door hinges and when we went to get breakfast there was only 2 kinds cereal and honey buns, coffee, apple juice, and orange juice. I got a cup of orange juice took a sip then noticed bugs floating in it so i showed the desk clerk pored it out and proceeded to clean it with some napkins. Then poured again still a couple bug and showed them and said you should clean inside it... if i get sick from taking a sip of bug juice i know from where

Dirty room.
We found a couple of roaches in the room. A pair of underwear was behind the TV stand along with lots of dust. There were at least 3 boxes in the room for bugs. Needed to be cleaned better. The gentlemen at the desk was very nice. But we will never stay there again.

Employee was not nice at check in, conditions in the room were even worse (holes in the wall, drywall falling down, graffiti on walls, would love to have a refund have pictures to prove, have never had such a bad experience with super 8.

Dirty, got bites from bed bugs and rooms smelled of smoke even though non-smoking room. Shower didn’t work and didn’t have the room we reserved upon arrival. Gum stuck to walls and stains. Old food from precious guests left in the fridge. Pretty sure they didn’t change the sheets. Foul. Wont ever stay here again. Don’t risk it

When I arrived, multiple Nashville police vehicles were on scene. As I approached the entrance to the check-in, I saw the man I later realized was the manager leading a police officer to one of his rooms. I then found myself locked out of the check-in building for approximately ten to fifteen minutes until manager returned. After checking in, I found the room in a general state of disrepair, though to my surprise electricity and running water were available. However, the bathroom sink did not drain at all. It was completely occluded, as all the water I used to wash my hands was still present in the morning when I left. No insects were visible, likely owing to the multiple glue bug traps I spied under the bed. Door bolt worked, thankfully. On the plus side, I was not stabbed, in which case I would have been forced to assign this property only one star.

Old dry cereal is not breakfast!
They advertise free breakfast, but it's a lie. There is a dry cereal dispenser that sits out all day and night. One is empty and the other looks like it should have gone down with the Titanic.

I seen four cockroaches seriously it’s true I did. I don’t know if that’s common are not. Sorry for having to bring this to your attention, but it made me think if they would be in my clothes are not. It made me a little nervous. The next morning I told the front desk I seen them. AVOID!!!!!! Checked in a 3pm drunks passed out outside the rooms. Went to our concert came back at 1 am someone was in our room. The guy ahead of us at the customer desk was given a room and walked in on two people in bed doing the dirty. They asked for a different room and was given one with roaches. There were no rooms available so they asked for a refund. In which case I asked also. We were denied and at 2 am I’m not arguing. When Expedia called them they told Expedia we checked out at 11pm. Which is false the concert was not over until 12am. Avoid at all cost!

We checked in and checked out within minutes. Drug deals and prostitutes in the parking lot of the hotel while we were checking in. No pool as advertised and they are turning the majority of the rooms into apartments. Would not recommend

Disgusting - cockroach infested room, running on Tv console, walls and floors. 2” x 2” hole in bathroom wall teaming with cockroaches. Booked 2 queens and sofa bed for 5 of us - sofa bed not made. Absolutely gross, dirty room.

The staff was nice but the room was dirty, cockroaches n the room, two of the lamps didnt work and one didnt have a light bulb in it, the toilet wasnt screwed into the fllor and the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall and the hair dryer cord was cut from the wall. The breakfast was just cereal. Im not going to stay there again. The bathtub felt like it was going to fall thru any minute

Run-of-the-mill super 8 no frills no fuss. Only three negatives were the loud noise the shower made it sounded like a saw was cutting through the pipes

This isn’t a place I’ll come back again when I have my daughter with me. If it’s just for a quick sleep for a night yes. But the “sofa bed” didn’t work and it was very out dated.
