Nice location, average in all aspects but no major issues. Room was equipped with kitchen but I found a roach in it. Good location, decent distance from downtown and airport. Only issue was that at check-in I arrived later than expected, although check-in was supposed to be available until 12 (I arrived at 1130) and nobody was at the main desk. Used outside phone where I spoke to an operator who said that they would contact the night attendant. I ended up waiting outside in 20 something degree weather for 25 minutes until anyone finally showed up. Overall I was satisfied with the day in any other aspect.

Great Hotel

Pros: Everything was great. The rooms and the staff were exceptional
Cons: Everything was perfect
Location: Located near places to eat
The staff was phenomenal. The room was excellent. My wife was happy so I was elated. No problems. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Needs an interior upgrade

Pros: convenient location, not expensive
Cons: see comments above
Location: while it's convenient to downtown and the airport the only restaurant nearby was Jack In the Box which hardly qualifies as food
Microwave didn't work, several lights burned out, alarm switch on clock radio broken, air circulation vents were rusty and dirty, bathtub looked like it had been caulked by a 3 year old.

OK place to crash for a night

Pros: comfortable bed, fair price
Cons: an actual continental breakfast instead of oatmeal packs, a hair dryer in the bath, theres not enough space here
Location: There are multiple signs to guard your belongings which makes one feel uneasy. There's nothing nearby.
The pictures look nice as does the promise of a breakfast in the morning. After 15 hours of flying we needed a place to crash for the night. Arriving after 11pm we had to wait for the staff to come to unlock the office to check-in. The room was very basic, (no closet doors, and the bath fan sounded like someone was choking it) The bed was a double instead of the Queen advertised, but it was comfortable enough to get some sleep. The "breakfast" is a coffee urn and instant oatmeal packets. The room next door complained of bugs and strong smell of pot, though i didn't stay long enough to experience it, the staff didn't even feign surprise. Like the title, it's ok if you need someone to shut your eyes; just leave them closed.

A comfortable bed at a good value. I is close to a convention center without the price but with all the amenities

Happy but not totally please

Room was clean but we had some issues during booking we had arrived 2 days early, so we wanted to have additional days added to our stay, but we had to re-book each day for the 2 extra days instead of just having a room booked for 3 days and pay the extra for the 2 additional days This confusion caused problem for ourselves and the front desk booking team. But overall the room was satisfactory and the people were pleasant.

Room was dated but clean-Thin walls- 1 wastebasket

Pros: Proximity to airport
Cons: Update rooms, better breakfast ( only granola bars were available)
It was ok, the rooms really need an update: old bedspread and carpet, cracks in bathroom sink, but it was clean.

I love to stay at the hotel and will recommend it to plenty friends and family the staff was excellent good service room was very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay thank you

Fine for overnight

Greeted with a suprise

After driving over 1000 miles to make a one night stop at this hotel, I was greeted with a pet policy that would not allow me to have my 3 dogs in the room. Only 2 we’re allowed. This was not stated on their website or anything.
