worst stay in a hotel ever

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
very dirty room, no house-keeping, no new towels, unsecured, etc. Last night found a big spider, asked the front desk agent to kill the spider and it escaped. needed to leave the hotel immediately. when looking for the spider he removed the fridge and it was very dirty and disgusting. I checked underneath the beds and it was horrible... i travel a lot and it was the worst hotel ever......

basic one night stay hotel

Location: fairly convenient off of rt 40
Have stayed in other Country Inn and Suites that were a lot nicer. This is a basic clean hotel.

Uninhabitable hotel.

This has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Run down building, filthy environment, unfriendly staff, gunshots in the hotel, showerhead missing, no coffee maker, NO CUPS IN THE ROOM TO EVEN DRINK WATER FROM!!! A note was in the room that I had to request a cup. Really???

Don't try to stay here. Will have to sleep in car

Were out of rooms when we arrived, although the reservation had been booked for weeks. No suggestions on where to stay. Hotels.com was able to find us a better room at the rate.

Close to the airport

Didn't have the things you usually get in other hotels. Had to go to the lobby to get a hairdryer.

Good for the price

We spent a long weekend for a family event. This hotel is two doors down from another Extended Stay America which is confusing. It is centrally located. Very close to the airport. About 10-15 minutes from downtown and The Grand Ole Opry in the opposite direction. The room was clean and had a full size fridge, 2 burner cooktop and a sink. Bring your own pots, pans, plates, and silverware. The rooms are NOT cleaned everyday. My biggest complaint with the description is that it had a continental breakfast. Coffee, tea, & small individuality wrapped muffin is all there is. No place to sit, It is described as grab and go. Waffle House, Shoneys and McD's are less than 5 minutes away. The description on Hotels.com needs to accurately say there is no breakfast. I would have paid more for a bigger breakfast.
