Nice hotel

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms and friendly and polite staff!! I got good rates for this hotel through Expedia so I'm not sure what it would have been if I went directly through them.

Welcoming feeling

Pros: Clean, comfortable and friendly staff
Location: Grand Ole Opry, Opry Land Resort, Music Row and Hatie B's Chicken
After spending our first night in Nashville at another hotel , which was a terrible experience. It was a welcome relief to spend the rest of our vacation in a comfortable, clean room. The entire staff was very friendly and personable. The hotel was located so we could travel to town or Opry area easily. Thank you for making our Nashville vacation enjoyable!

Everythin all good except the Hi-Low Bed

Very easy and quick check- in process.. but once arriving to my room, I noticed that I had 2 queen beds instead of the king I reserved.. no big deal because it was late.. I came down to the front desk the next morning and the 2 guys, Hayden and the other gentleman was so helpful and bought new keys for us to switch in a room with a king bed right next door.. The fridge and microwave were amenities that definitely came In handy.. Now on to these beds!!?? The mattress seemed very worn and it had this one worn out side that everybody has been laying on but the other side was good.. we just called it the hi-low bed and luckily we had 2 beds so we just switched to the halfway normal other bed.. I appreciated the convenience and wide selection of eating places.

Absolutely loved our stay. They have great buffet for a reasonable price, live music in the evening. Room is clean, bed is very comfortable. Location is not the best for those not traveling by plane but everything is relatively close enough.

Clean, Friendly & Comfortable

Great experience as I had a business meeting in the area. Close enough to the city that it was just a short drive to great eating and the downtown area.
