Pros: Friendly and accommodating staff beginn8ng with the shuttle driver and continuing through every staff member I met. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Cons: A free or reasonably priced breakfast would make this a perfect hotel for me.
Location: Very convenient to the Nashville airport. Lots of restaurants nearby, although you can’t walk to them
Great staff, beautiful facility. Would definitely stay here again

Very good experience. I came in on a red eye and it was no issue getting my room quickly. My only gripe is the Concierge Club Hours was very limited. I went in at lunch hour and the place was locked. It would be nice to just get a coke and some coffee if not food. I have better experience at other chain concierge clubs.

Clean, convenient, courteous ... however

Very clean room and amenities. Staff were awesome. Great pools and spa. However: views were not as great as advertised, room was a bit small. It is a value for the the money -- not a great value, but it is a far cry from a budget motel.

Desk Staff not very cordial

Pros: The room was very nice.
Cons: Microwave in the room
Location: Nashville TN.... Rainforest .....
Room was great but Customer service was horrible at the front desk. Would only give information if asked and answers were very short. I spend 3 nights there for my wedding. (Friday, 10-27 thru Sunday, 10-29). No warm welcome but from the lady at the door and the shuttle driver. The man that took our luggage to the room was very warm and informative. He gave us the name of the manager (Chris) and was very cordial. He gave us helpful information about the area as well. Again, the front desk staff was horrible.

Housekeeping Gone Wild

Everything about the stay was great except the fact that housekeeping starting vacuuming the hallway before 8:00 a.m. I called the front desk to express my frustration. Not too long after that, housekeeping knocks on my door. If checkout is at 11:00A or 12:00P, why is housekeeping knocking on my door so early?

Great hotel except chargng for WiFi and parking

Excellent stay

Pros: Beautiful, clean, comfortable and very pleasant staff.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Near Nashville airport.
We had a night scheduled through Expedia at a Super 8 hotel, but when we arrived, they were boarded up and out of business. We called Expedia and they transferred us to the Marriott with no extra expense to us. WOW, that just never happens anymore. The Marriott is a wonderful hotel. Every service and amenities you could want. Beautiful rooms, very clean and comfortable and pleasant and professional staff. I would definitely recommend the Marriott to anyone. I would also like to thank Expedia for there response to our situation with helpful staff. This is the type of response that consumers want but so seldom see anymore. Well done Expedia !
