Refrigerator buzzed all night

Pros: Convenient to the airport.
Small college size refrigerator buzzed all night, hard to sleep.

Over Priced Disappointment

Pros: Staff.
Cons: Rates, views, heater, and warmth in lobby. Even the employees were wearing coats in the lobby!
Location: Near Airport, 15 minutes drive from downtown
I booked a corner room with a view and paid an exorbitant amount since it was a New Year's Eve. We got there and our "view" was of the air conditioning units and roof of the building next door. The decor was dark and depressing and the heater did not work well, so the room was frigid. It was 7 degrees outside that night, so a warm room would have been a good way to make up for the dismal view. No such luck. I would not stay here again, especially at that price.

New Year’s Eve overnight stay. Very nice hotel. Very polite. Very clean. Nice restaurant bar. Great location

Awesome Accommodation at the home of Country Music

Nashville is one of the most incredible cities and definitely love this accommodation with everything that I needed within approx to the airport and downtown. Highly recommended!!

Pros: Friendly and accommodating staff beginn8ng with the shuttle driver and continuing through every staff member I met. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Cons: A free or reasonably priced breakfast would make this a perfect hotel for me.
Location: Very convenient to the Nashville airport. Lots of restaurants nearby, although you can’t walk to them
Great staff, beautiful facility. Would definitely stay here again

Very good experience. I came in on a red eye and it was no issue getting my room quickly. My only gripe is the Concierge Club Hours was very limited. I went in at lunch hour and the place was locked. It would be nice to just get a coke and some coffee if not food. I have better experience at other chain concierge clubs.

Clean, convenient, courteous ... however

Very clean room and amenities. Staff were awesome. Great pools and spa. However: views were not as great as advertised, room was a bit small. It is a value for the the money -- not a great value, but it is a far cry from a budget motel.
