Terrible staff, stayed for 2 nights never cleaned.

Terrible staff, stayed for 2 nights with my 2 kids and wife they never cleaned our room even though went down to receptionist twice to inform them that the room hasn't been cleaned & trash hasn't been taken out they said "we will get to your room sir, don't worry" but they never did. Finnally before our checkout on third day I took the trash can which was over flown with garbage out down to first floor there was no one at reception desk but there were standing two young persons, I think working there because they were cleaning the floor came and took it away from me, I told them how unhappy I was with there service. Terrible just terrible!! Never going back there.

I'm sorry and while we are trying our best to train new housekeeping staff in regards to this very issue, this should've never happened! In town for concert

Pictures were deceiving. Seemed like a great deal with comparable prices and reviews to Quality Inn or similar hotel so we took a chance. Room had a funky gym locker smell, DirecTV fuzzy on every channel, everything just so-so. Sercurity doors propped open, loud sit-com playing in breakfast area in the morning instead of the news, breakfast limited - don't count on it. Beds clean - the only reason we stayed. Since we were at a concert - we weren't there much. Staff a little defensive when you ask about stuff.

convenient to airport, 24/7 shuttle, free parking

Pros: Convenience, 24/7 shuttle
Location: Several restaurants. Stayed there only for convenience to airport, not entertainment.
Had trouble with light switch and even though it was 9:30 p.m., maintenance came and repaired quickly. Front desk helpful and friendly.

Cheap close to the airpot

Hotel wasn't terrible, they are in the middle of renovating and will be very nice when finished. Wasn't pleased with staff friendlyness, or the shape and condition of our room. Was however happy about the price, I guess you get what you pay for.

Directly st BNA Airport - SUPER Clean - Kind Staff

Wonderful quite safe and within less than a block Walk from restaurants and quality fast food places. Super clean - extremely helpful staff, breakfast is standards high sugar /carbs. Wonderful places to walk in grass and trees - in the airport park directly and minutesfrom The airport !

Worst hotel I've stayed in.

Room wasn't clean, had to ask for a new one. Hair all over our tub and sheets. Had to ask for clean sheets because replacement room wouldn't be ready until the next day. Air conditioner in both rooms makes room sticky and humid even set on 62. Bathtub wouldn't drain. Carpets turned the bottom of our feet brown when we walked barefoot on it. Second room was cleaned at least, no hair. Their beds/pillows are actually pretty comfy but other than that this place is awful. Spend the extra buck for a nicer hotel with better ratings.

Cons: breakfast accommodations could use an upgrade and cleaned up a bit better to look more inviting instead, I'll pass
Location: great. all of our usual stops were within 2 miles
nice place, great night sleep. recommending it to all my friends and family

Hotel was overbooked.

Hotel was prepaid, but no rooms were available. Will not use Expedia again.

I did not even go inside

Cons: Entrance...
Location: There were nice hotels around and near the airport but this hotel and the guest vehicles looked very, very run down.
I arrived at the hotel and thought the entrance must of been the back door. It looked so run down. I drove around the parking lot and I would have sworn they were running a body shop out of the hotel. All the cars were in such bad shape with paint wearing off. Honestly, I called Expedia and asked them to cancel because I did not even want to walk in. I don't really know about hotel staff or the room but I had to give a rating to submit this review.
