Very nice clean rooms. Nice large rooms. Bathroom was good size. Amenities were acceptable. Close to Airport which was important to us.

Not worth the money.

Hotel is in serious need of remodel and updates. Carpets are stained, room and most of the hotel has a bad odor. Bathroom is very small and outdated. Room was worth $70-$75 not the $200 we were charged.

My stay was short, only one night. I got a good nights sleep and was super close to the airport.

Great location by the airport. Used the lyft app to get into downtown area. It onl costed around 10 dollars. Higher during busy times though.

Our stay at Radission

Pros: The fact that they allowed us to check in before the official check in time of 3 pm, and the shuttle service from the airport.
Cons: The waiter (Asian gentleman, I think is name is Mr. Nough) needs more training on how to be polite. He definitely is not a good fit for that job.
Location: The location is good because it is near the airport, and there are a few restaurants in proximity.
The hotel staff except the waiter at the dinning area was very professional. We reached the hotel much before the checking time,and the receptionist at the front desk was kind enough to find a room for us. The waiter in the dinning area, he was an Asian guy (don't remember his name, some Nough) was very unprofessional and rude. When we were trying to get his attention because he had got the order wrong, he yelled instead of being courteous and did not bother to come to our table. He yelled "...wait a minute, I'm the only person serving..., " the dinning room was not crowded at that time.

Only problem I had was the noise. Not sure where it was coming from. But it was constant and made it difficult to sleep. Staff was great!

Expected more from a name like Raddisson

Booked hotel as close to the airport so I accept the fact it is more for lay overs. However, the facilities were limited to a very small bar and breakfast area. Check in was slow and staff looked unconcerned. When we reached the desk the gentleman served us while calling another customer and then only gave us a fraction of the hotel information. Not impressed.

Lots of mistakes

Where do i start.i rang ahead 12hrs to notify my flight was delayed and would be arriving early.was assured my suite would be checked in and ready .arrived and was treated rudely and abruptly by staff member at 5am .he checked us into room 702.all the floor was sticky and the air con was broken.he informed me that's all they had.9am that morning I am then told my room is ready and I can move to it.no assistance or sorry. We ate in the resturant ,3 items wernt available .What we did end up getting was late arriving and dry ,horrendous meal.lady serving gave us drinks for nothing as she was embarrassed as well.over the 3 days we were there they locked us out of the room everyday firstly they were adamant I hadn't payed and they couldn't access my credit card,yet the funds had been deducted.the other times the manager claimed it was an issue with the magnetic strip on the card which wouldnt open the door.i didn't believe that.for the price I payed I left this hotel feeling ripped off ,I expected more from a radisson.there are many hotel options next door

Great proximity to the Airport

We got to the hotel at 10:00 and we're able not eat dinner in the restaurant. We were surprised by how much we enjoyed out our meal and adult beverages after a long day of travel. The room and suite are fairly basic. The showerhead in the bathroom needed to be replaced but the bed quality was excellent and we were quite comfortable. Seeing the eclipse was the purpose of our trip to Nashville and the deck outside by the pool was quite comfortable. We used the workout room which was small and filled up quickly. Considering the fact that the hotels was booked to capacity with eclipse watchers, the hotel and staff performed quite admirably.
