Close to airport and clean. Nice pool small gym.

Friendly helpful staff. Restaurant food overpriced and average food for all meals. Bar staff very helpful but very limited choices in bar ( one beer on tap) and in the restaurant. Portions of food to big . If they had a better choice and chef could charge the same prices for less quantity. Mini Bar not stocked and had to ask for complimentary water.

Didn't offer complementary breakfast as site said. Felt like since I booked through Expedia, my stay was less valuable to them and therefore I was less of a customer.

We pride ourselves in being able to make customize-able, made to order dishes in our Cafe 1112 for our guests but do not charge for it in our rates. We do offer some packages that include breakfast and we hope you will consider staying with us again so that we can demonstrate all the Radisson has to offer. Worst experience ever, so upset I'm limited to words. But let's say I had room booked that wasn't ready for me after traveling overnight. Explained I need to used my nublulizer machine due to asthma and weather change affecting me. Slept in car 4+ hrs. Gave a dirty room 318. Asked for corporate offs only given msnger info he was no help, and I wrote an email requesting further management info and still no response.

Good Value for Money

Stayed here because downtown Nashville hotels over 2-3 times the price. 5 minute free hotel shuttle ride to airport. 15 minute ride to Grand Ole Opry. 15 minute ride to downtown Nashville.

Had a good nights sleep.

Cons: The hot water in the shower. The hot water was not there or it would burn you, there was no comfortable temperature.
Location: Visit the Upper Room Chapel
Nice room and Comfortable bed. Hot water was not working well in the shower.

Convenient location

I enjoyed my stay. Your hotel was convenient and thoroughly pleasant! This was my first time in your city and I loved every minute of my visit! I will book @ Radisson Hotel when and whereever I travel from now on.

A good hotel, close to BNA airport.

Pros: Proximity to the airport and the in-house bar and restaurant.
Cons: The bar and restaurant staff were difficult to find! The area was unattended.
Location: We did not have time to undertake any activities.
We stayed overnight, before an early morning flight to Los Angeles. The hotel is ideal for that purpose.

Nice hotel not far from down town

We had a great time in Nashville. Went for a seminar event "honkeytonking" Saturday night. Nice place.
