Shower did not drain well. The fridge was making lound noise. The thermostat was loose on the wall. Just out dated a bit. Over not a bad experance. But not the best either.

They are not what I would expect for a Marriott property. They charge for parking, there are no dressers in the rooms, and the room smelled like Marijuana when we entered.

We arrived to find a dirty diaper in our room trash can. Thr caution tape around the base of the stairwell to our room was off putting and concerning. Our non-smoking room smelled of old cigarettes. Price and convenience are the only positives. Did not meet Marriott brand standards we have come to expect.

Had to change rooms because of odor. Bed didn’t appear to be a Queen size, more like Full size. The breakfast foods were not available for some items. Needed more towels in the room! Didn’t know about the parking charge on the bill until check out!

I had a long red eye flight from San Diego to Nashville. I got there pretty exhausted and the staff were amazing! Shout out to Bruce that gave me an amazing reception! Also the room was clean, comfortable and shower worked just fine after a long flight. Close to the airport and parking fee at a very low price. Thanks and I would definitely recommend it! Also not too far from downtown if you’re here to party. Uber would cost around $15.

The room was very clean, so no complaints there however, when we walked in the room, the TV was on and there was no remote control to be found anywhere. The maintenance guy very quickly brought us a remote, but it wasn't fully functional. The seal in the toilet tank was corroded so the toilet ran all night. On our last night, a support in the corner of the bed broke...I swear, I was just sitting there watching tv and the corner dropped down about 2 inches. Now that we are home, I'm finding out there was a $7 tax per day parking fee. This wasn't disclosed anywhere on the hotel page and the information was not relayed to us by the front desk person.

Great room with surprise charges.
Rooms are great, clean and comfortable. Full kitchen was a surprise. Only complaints , a parking fee of $7.65 a day is charged after paying $159 for the room a night. The WIFI is horrible if you plan to connect a laptop. IMPOSSIBLE! Slow signal will not let you use the internet.

Room was nice with everything needed. Staff was nice and included breakfast was simple and just what we needed. First night was a nice quiet stay. Second night, Halloween weekend Saturday night, the complex was overran with parties and large amounts of people coming and going until 3 AM or later. We dealt with loud music and the smell of weed coming from the adjacent room until early morning hours. When we checked out on Sunday, our room still smelled strongly of weed.

The staff at front desk was excellent! And bed was great! But, the phone in my room did not work because location was in process of ‘updating.’ This is what room experience felt like…needing a facelift: bathroom door didn’t shut completely, shower curtain a mess, furniture a bit rough around the edges…and the biggest of sins - hair in the shower 😖

The studio that I had booked online was oversold; however, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a unit with a loft bedroom. It was very large and very nice. I had not stayed at a Residence Inn before, but I may seek them out now.

Best Residence Inn in the south!
Our stay was really good. We got upgraded to a nice 2 story room. What i really liked was all the amenities they had in the kitchen. All i had to do was bring the food. My kids liked having their own space too. It was loft style.

Our stay at Residence Inn Nashville Airport was short but just awesome. We arrived late at the airport due to delays and the hotel shuttle service stops at 11:45 but we had no problem getting a quick Uber to the hotel. I had called ahead and let them know we would be a late checkin and things went smooth and quick. I had no idea what to expect with the room but we were pleasantly surprised! It was like a mini condo with two floors, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. It was a last minute booking so I didn't really research the place. They do not have a downtown shuttle but Patricia at the desk was wonderful and so helpful and hooked us up with Leroy who makes the rounds to the hotels with his private shuttle service. He was a super kind guy and we used him several times. He even picked us up after the George Strait concert and took us back to the hotel. He was great! The hotel breakfast was nice and the oatmeal was fantastic! The place was clean and the staff was helpful and kind. After checkout they let us keep our stuff behind the desk so we could go downtown one more time before we had to be back for the hotel shuttle to the airport. We will definitely be back to Nashville and we will be staying at this great, little Inn. Thank you!!!!

very friendly and helpful check in experience with Patricia. room was clean and everything I needed after a long night of traveling. felt great to decompress and feel at home. coffee and breakfast in the morning was great. morning cardio in the fitness center was the perfect way to reset my body and adjust to the time zone. Place was clean and neat, complimentary breakfast was way above average. I knew there would be a pet fee but was blind sided by how much it was. Excessive, exorbitant, outrageous, frankly. I’ve stayed all over the south with my pets but 100 bucks took the cake. Plus a parking fee? The facility was very nice, the extra fees, not. I won’t be back..too many reasonable options within a square block.

A great place to stay!
PLEASANTLY surprised. Room was spacious and clean, pillows & bed were comfortable, shower was hot. We would 100% stay here again. My only “1st world complaints” would be for the size of the room, the tv was on the small end and it would be helpful to have room numbers on signs near the parking places to know where to go. We walked around 3/4 of the building to find our room and could have just gone 1/4 of the way. 😆 But again, those are 1st world problems. Oh, and breakfast was really impressive. So much food!
