Bad hotel stay.

Check in was a hassle due to request of early check in. Staff lack of empathy. Safety and security poor as someone tried to enter the room and somehow they have a key to enter. Reported to management but no response. Roach crawling on the bed on second night. Saw spider on the bed as well. Cob web not cleaned. Breakfast was ok but crowded.

okay hotel Close to Airport

Pros: close to airport.
Cons: Phones air.
Location: lots to do . Go to The Hermitage.
The Hotel staff did a great job of Picking me up at the airport , my flight came in late and the shuttle picked me up at 11:00 p.m. My room was clean bu the phone did not work and the air condioner also did not work , it made a loud noise. and did not get cool Evne after a repair attempt by maintenance , it still did not work.

Comfortable, quiet, convenient

Cons: Nothing I can suggest.
Location: We went to TPAC to see the debut of "Part of the Plan," which was marvelous! We walked around downtown, visited the Frist Art Museum and more.
Loved the easy access to downtown Nashville by shuttle. Our room was on the non-street side--so quiet and comfortable. Plenty of room for all our stuff! Appreciated coffee and breakfast in the lobby. Very nice staff. Thank you!

Stay away!

Checkin took forever! First room strewn with beer cans, bed not made. Second had soaked carpet. Night clerk would not make change for vending machines. Breakfast so so, Worst hotel experience of my life!

Wonderful room. Very nice. Front clerk not friendly, felt like I was a nuisance from the get go. That's just notable as I wasn't that offended. Beds are high end. Great sleep.

Convenient to BNA

Front desk staff were efficient, but lacked any sign of hospitality or enthusiasm. Our first night, the fire alarm went off a little before 4 am, and it was close to 45 minutes before guests were given the all-clear to return to their rooms. As it was raining, all remained in the lobby while awaiting the fire department, as the lone desk clerk had no idea how to verify or silence the alarm. No attempt was observed to determine the source of the alarm, or the status of guests. No apologies were communicated, nor compensation offered. After finally getting back to sleep for a bit, we woke to find that the breakfast buffet had been put away. Because we slept in, we missed housekeeping service two two consecutive days. Disappointed overall.

Disappointed

Cons: Breakfast selections...
Our flight was due to arrive at 11:15pm. Expedia checked and confirmed with hotel they would shuttle us from the airport for an extra charge. When we called to request, the hotel turned us down so we had to take a taxi. Thanks to Expedia, they refunded us $20 for the inconvenience. Hotel wasn't willing to accommodate. Rooms were small and crowded feeling. Had to ask, then wait for breakfast items to be replenished. Good thing we were only spending 1 night.
