"This is our second time staying at the property, and we love it! There’s plenty of room, it’s beautifully decorated, and the location on the river is perfect! Joie is quick to reply and very helpful. There was a thunderstorm very late one night that temporarily knocked out the power. I sent her a message just to let her know, not expecting a response so late at night. She got back to me immediately to let me know that the power company was working on it. Power was restored in no time at all."

"Just a stop from Houston to Hot Springs. Nasty. Deteriorated could still be clean to render it do-able. Never again. I do not recommend. (Of course, there is a service station directly next door if you should need it. We did not.)"

"Great for a small town Motel. Quiet location and very close to Crater of Diamond park. Also located between a 24/7 EZ mart and an adorable “Main Street” style novelty shops. "

"Staff was very nice, rooms weren't the cleanest and lots of construction workers staying/living there."

"The room was clean, the air conditioner worked. But, big gap under the door, homeless were set up in the back of the hotel, questionable clientele loitering around the area. You want a place to lay your head and sleep for a couple of hours then leave, this will do. Fast food is within walking distance, too."
