They should let you know you have to make a reservation for all dinners during stay, if not you are stuck eating pizza and burgers

Pésimo tratouna lástima porque es un buen complejo
Complejo hotelero muy completo, habitaciones un tanto antiguas, trato muy malo en general en todo el hotel y las tiendas que dependen del mismo. Nadie habla español (no les interesa el público hispanoparlantes.. El hotel es cashless(no acepta dólares en efectivo para cancelar ningún cargo ), tuve que pagar de más (u$200 ) de cargos no especificados en el check out, después de discutirlos con la mánager 30 minutos porque perdía mí vuelo No volvería nunca más!

Los problemas con las llaves para entrar a los cuartos es terrible! Necesitan mejorar ese aspecto! Se pierde mucho tiempo cada vez qué hay que ir a servicio al cliente a cambiarlas. Mi puerta se quedó sin batería y tuvimos que esperar demasiado! Eso no puede pasar en un hotel tan caro y famoso!

Tanto la tarifa hotelera como gastronómica no es acorde al servicio que da el hotel,.las instalaciones no se encuentran en buenas condiciones , los precios son excesivos de acuerdo a las propuestas gastronómicas .Poca variedad gastronómica y carísima !!! Frigobar vacío , los precios del hotel elevados sin parámetros !!! No lo recomiendo !!! Por menos dinero se accede a hoteles dentro del caribe con tarifa todo incluido . Las piscinas cierran a las 5 de la tarde y los parques de agua también . Al ingresar no te informan de eso , el horario es de 9 a 17 luego te sacan de las piscinas y se termina el servicio de guardavidas . Las playas sucias y las reposteras descuidadas y sucias .

Beautiful ocean view room that overlooked the entire property. Had extremely rude neighbors but management quickly resolved!! This was our 5th stay and we will definitely go back.

Coral hotel. Staf in reception was the worst i seen in my life. All tricks. The manager was Worst I ever seen in my life. I was pay extra money for every checking 8am. I was waiting until 12. I was 2 hours late for check out. They changed me 165$. In papper seid 150$. For late check out. And was charged me 165. When i ask. One reception manager said we upgraded but no in pappers. I was witing 2h for towels. They said we dont have. When i was asking for manager. Workers said he coming 5min. I was waiting for one hour and. He never show up.everyone tring to still mony even water if you buy. After you pay asking for tips.

Our family of four enjoyed a four night, five day stay at the Coral. We loved the view from our room and exploring the various pools, beaches, and aquariums around Atlantis. The housekeeping staff was great and came to tidy every day during our visit.

The room was really nice and updated, but my son’s feet were black after walking around barefoot for a few minutes on the floor. The only other issue would be the side of the building closer to the loading dock can get noisy first thing in the morning, so we were woken Up between 6-7am each morning.

This was my 1st time in Bahamas. Deff recommend the coral. Everything is nearby. My toddler and wife had an amazing time. Huge place Deff needed more time. Rooms were great, little outdated but that was noted already. Overall amazing experience and Vacation. Will Deff come again.

The room is not well decorated. The bathroom is so dated. Mold, rusted The Receptionists were not warm welcome as well as the restaurants hostesses as well!

We loved our stay at the Atlantis. It was our third time there. We got a room upgrade for free to a Presidential suite which made it even better. Cost of food can be expensive, but we already knew this. The shuttle from hotel to hotel makes everything so convenient. Will be back again!

Room was so outdated, the shower didn’t work, reading lights by bed didn’t work, there wasn’t tv available to watch (only movies at $15 each). Overall cleanliness was not good, so dusty and dirty in room. The manager was very helpful and provided great customer service but that doesn’t make up for quality of this property. Would have definitely paid more to get decent room at one of the other towers

My room had dirty shower curtains, none working toilet. The latch on the door locked us twice and the staff said it was normal. I did not feel safe in the room knowing that the latch was not functioning well and the staff thought it was normal. My son was with me and all I could think of was what if a stranger entered our room. The water was off at 1am on the last night could not flush or wash hair after using the bathroom and was informed it will be back at 3am. I was truly disappointed the lack of urgency to fix issues.
