Great place to stay but prepare for expensive food

Great view, overall clean hotel. You can pretty much get everything you need here, but you just need to be prepared to pay $$$$. Everything was just so overpriced....Honestly, I was not prepared to spend so much on food at the Bahamas. At the Atlantis, they add 15% gratuity for everything...even for a coffee and pastries. I feel that adding 15% gratuity for a cup of coffee is not necessary. Sure, if I feel that the service is above average, I would be more than happy to tip the cashier. Many crews at the Atlantis were pleasant but I did run into a few crews with an attitude and they don't even deserve a penny. But the automatic 15% gratuity just threw me off; I didn't feel right. Restaurants are understandable, but they should stop adding gratuity for coffee shops.
