Older property a little dated but convenient to airport and onsite dining and bar was also nice. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Outside seating overlooking ocean was great. Overall experience was very good.

What a gem! This place is the antidote to corporate vacation stays. Family owned for many decades and well preserved but updated. Super friendly staff and many guests come back year after year. A quiet oasis from the east end of the island. I flew in and never had to rent a car- local buses or taxis ready available- but you may not want to leave it is so beautiful and relaxing. All meals available on premises and everything was excellent. The grounds are beautiful and my room overlooked the water. Could not be more pleased with my stay! Thank you, guys.

The owners and employees are all so nice and friendly. We feel at home very fast and they are really easy going. I like the process for drinks. You select your drink from the fridge and place a cross or a tick on the board at your room number, this is really cool. The food is also very good and you don't need to go away to have a nice local lunch or dinner. We highly recommend if you want to have a nice stay for a reasonable price far from the crazyness of Nassau center with all the cruise ship's tourists...

The place is ok. It’s old and needs renovation but the staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are not well insulated (we could hear the neighbours). But the price is good for the Bahamas… nice place to go for one night only!

Definitely eat at the cafe in the lobby. The fish-n-chips and ribs were the bomb. Beers from the cooler and relaxing after the plane ride were superb.

Highly recommend if you are in Nassau and have to catch a flight to another island. It’s very close to the airport but still has a uniqueness to it and a great place out front to sit outside and eat a meal or have a drink.

beautiful place with one minute walk to the beach! amazing family atmosphere. Bus stop right in front of the hotel so if you dont have a rental car this is very convenient.

We needed a hotel near the airport & we’re happy with the price. Vacationers seemed to enjoy the rustic grounds & proximity to the sea. The rooms were clean although older. Looks like a good choice for families or couples on a budget.

The staff and owners were very hospitable and went out of their way to accommodate and take care of us. I loved that a beautiful beach was literally across the street. I do wish transportation had been an option all though it was provided to us to get to the store.

We looked at many options that are close to Stuart Caves diving. This property is a gem! It is the last stop on the way TO dice shop, first on the way BACK. The food at the property was THE BEST DEAL in town! The local bus has a stop at the bottom of the driveway and makes getting around not only convienient, but for $1.75USD, can't be beat. Chris and the rest of his employees are super friendly and do their very best to cater to you. Very relaxed atmosphere. Very chill. Very friendly. The place is a bit dated but they ARE updating. It IS NOT rundown or falling apart. Noo.. everything works! If you are looking g for opulance, gold leaflet and white glove/super star service, this is not your place. If you are looking for a place that has a great location, great beach, quiet, really good food at a great price, friendly and reduces your stress to zero, yeah, this is your place.

Overall a good experience hotel is a little out dated. There was no phone in the room AC worked great bed was comfortable. Staff is very good, this is good in my opinion for a short stay.

First I want to say, the staff was awesome!!! They were very attentive, kind and helpful. The location was great if you are looking for a quiet place close to the beach. I loved the fact that I can walk to the beach and enjoy quiet times. You can take public transportation to other beaches and to downtown. Orange Hill has great food if you choose to stay in and a pool you can enjoy after a day at the beach.
