Worst Run Marriott Property I Have Ever Stayed At

I travel frequently for business and pleasure and I'm Lifetime Gold on Marriott. The Reef is now part of Marriott's Autograph Collection and I was expecting a top-notch experience. Unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed. It overly expensive and poorly managed with a staff that is sullen and unhelpful. The staff failed to fulfill very simple requests on a number of different occasions. The hotel bed was the worst mattress I have ever slept on--not even fit for a one star hotel. The hotel itself is a really nice facility, with very nice pools and an awesome beach in a truly beautiful setting, but it is tainted by the attitude of the staff, a lack of cleanliness, and the exorbitant food, drink, and store prices. I would not stay here again.
Never added my Marriott number--requested at least three times.
