The hotel is nice however, the walls are thin. You can hear other guests and there’s this strange window in the bathroom that is open to, I believe, a mechanical room and the room next door also has a window with the same situation and you could hear each other whether it was conversation or using the bathroom. Also was next to a housekeeping room and heard them anytime they were there.

I would give 5 stars for the locations and views. The hotel is very old and smells mold. My first room was horrible. I wasn't sure if the linens was changed because of the stains we saw. My second room was ok. Overall I do not recommend this hotel if you like comfortable rooms like me.

False advertising, dated, and uncomfortable
Overpriced compared to other options in the area. I stayed at Priamar earlier in the trip for $50 less per night, and had a more comfortable experience. For $5 more we could have stayed at 5 star SEHRS. They recently opened a new property next door so they seem to not care about keeping anything up at this one for the 20 years they have been open it seems like everything is original including the mattresses. The most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I used the chain on the door to keep my 2 year old from getting out, he barely pulled it open and the trim peeled away from the wall allowing him to escape. A few other negatives: 1. English listed as language spoken but no one to check me in in English. 2. Says on site SPA, but no spa on site 3. Cinema room was not in operation during our stay 4. The pool closest to the beach and only hot tub on site were out of operation 5. Babysitting offered by hotel is simply a phone number to a woman from the community that others have used before, no prices or other information provided. Research and chose other properties in the area. I am American and may have different standards than the local clientele but I have traveled Brazil for a total of 6 months and feel this was pretty low standard for the price point.

I found the hotel mainly catered for families with children. I could hear all conversations going on in the restaurant. Children screaming all afternoon in the pool (especially the wet bar pool)! Overall the building need an update!

Great beach hotel when staying at Natal
Great beach hotel option to stay at, not very safe area outside to walk around but you can easily get Uber to travel around. One of the expensive options at Natal worth paying since it still comes very cheap. Not many international chain hotels around so it’s worth staying there. Big rooms, ocean view, 7 small pools, beach area, great breakfast included. Very good value for money.

ONLY THE GOOD LOCATION
Rooms are old and in very bad condition, not clean and uncomfortable bed. The rooms on the 4th floor at least are old and need urgent renovation. We had 2 rooms for 9 nights, we change one of them for a suite, paying extra fee, and the bed on the so called suite were smaller than the regular room. The staff is friendly, our experience with the expensive food was disappointing, we had to wait one hour (yes...one hour) for one simple, small pizza. some times the restaurant for breakfast is chaotic, with no coffee or toaster or spoons... if we deserve any room upgrade for our +gold status on Expedia, we never got it, since we had to pay for the upgrade required.

Great place to go with family and as a couple. Great Service!! It seems like those hotels from tourism magazines! A lot of swimming pools and they offer Beach Service (towels and chaise).

Beautiful hotel, noisy air conditioning
We arrived around 1 PM. Staff were kind and helpful. Hardly any English spoken, but fortunately I am fluent in Spanish and they could handle that a little better. It was nice to find that the hotel had private parking in a closed underground garage area. Regarding the room, the view was fabulous and roomy for me, my partner and two children. The down sides were the noisy air conditioning unit, which most people will want to keep on all night. Also the cold water tap sometimes provided warm water. When I complained at the reception desk, I was told that no one, even locals, drink water tap. I should have been warned of this when I checked in. I am glad I didn't drink any. There is a small shop opposite the hotel where you can purchase large bottles of water. We got a five litre which lasted the five days of our stay (the rest of the time you tend to drink cold beer, caipirinha or fruit juice, all of which are inexpensive). Another issue was the jacuzzi in the bathroom. I wanted to have a bath the last night and found the pump wasn't working. Pillows are excellent and beds are comfortable, always a plus! The last night there was a water leak in the balcony and the water flowed into the room, filling the gaps between the tiles. We were checking out at 1 AM, so it wasn't too much of a pain for us, but otherwise it would have interrupted a night's sleep. Foodwise, the hotel is excellent. Fabulous breakfast. Pools excellent too, and access to the beach with free loungers w/shade.

Great location for a beachfront getaway
Great hotel for a relaxing getaway - beautiful views, wonderful pools, good food and service, easy beach access. Being at the north end of the Ponta Negra beach strip, it's in a very quiet neighborhood - meaning there are no other restaurants or bars right nearby or along the waterfront, though there are several good options a few blocks inland.

Awesome location, a few rough edges...
Overall, our stay was fairly good. The location of the hotel is perfect, and the physical property is gorgeous. Food was great, pools were great, and the staff was great. A couple of negatives... Without air conditioning on all the time, the rooms and hallways were a bit musty. Also, checkout was a bit slow. But these didn't detract much from a good experience.

Nice place to be, alone, with friends or family.
The only bad thing is the every time I'm at this Hotel they a renovating something. Workers around and sometimes very nosy. This time even they were renovating the main pool, it was very quiet , as it should be. I recommend this hotel because of it's location, stuff and service. If you're alone, for business or with family.

Muito bom!
O hotel tem muitas atividades ao longo do dia, a área das piscinas é excelente, com vista para o Morro do Careca. O aceso é fácil, por meio de uma rampa, há disponível espreguiçadeiras a beira mar. O quarto é bom, solicitamos berço para a bebê, e prontamente nos atenderam. O banheiro deixa a desejar quanto a iluminação e estrutura (o nosso não havia box, apenas uma cortina). O café da manhã é excelente!!

O que Eu mais gostei foi o grupo de Recreação. E o que não gostei, foi o fato de meu quarto e OUTROS demais estavam se TV, passei dois dias sem o mesmo, foi quando por mim solicitado pela uma segunda reclamação/solitação, que me trocaram de um outro quarto, este com TV funcionando...

A localização e o atendimento no bar da piscina e alguns dos poucos funcionários da recepção são as coisas que se salvam deste hotel. Aliás, por ter poucos funcionários na recepção, havia filas para ser atendido. No primeiro quarto em que ficamos, o ar condicionado não refrigerava, era barulhento. Ele ficava próximo ao restaurante e quando no banheiro, respirávamos os odores que vinham da cozinha. No banheiro, a porta do box não se fechava totalmente e o inundava. Não havia toalha de piso, tivemos que solicitar, trouxeram e depois, não as repunham e nem mantiam a mesma já utilizada, simplesmente nos deixavam sem. O quarto precisa de uma modernização urgente, não combina com a proposta praiana. Há formigas nos quartos. Reclamamos no dia seguinte e fomos para um quarto melhorzinho, o ar funcionava, o box fechava, mas as tomadas ao lado da cama não funcionavam. Relatamos o ocorrido na recepção e nada fizeram. O café da manhã tem bastante variedade, mas a qualidade é muito ruim, só prestavam os produtos que a cozinha não intervinha,, queijos, frios e frutas. Almoçamos no restaurante no primeiro dia, a comida era bem ruim e cara. Aliás, os preços praticados eram extorsivos, uma água mineral de 330ml custava R$10,45 (com os 10%), um hamburger R$ 88,00. Havia um equipamento de som na piscina, com um trilha sonora ruim e que se repetiu pelos 4 días da nossa estada. As toalhas de piscina era mais macias e de melhor qualidade, que as dos quartos, que era finíssimas e ásperas. WiFi 0

Fomos para comemoração do dia dos pais. Eu, meu esposo e minha bebe de 1ano e 9 meses. Solicitei o berço na recepção e foi atendido. Minha bebe gostou tanto que dormiu mais lá do que costuma dormir em casa! rsrs. Colaboradores atenciosos. Café da manhã incrível. Recomendo muito , em especial para famílias. Pontos de melhoria, seria sobre o ar condicionado, que não é local, e sim por central, acho que fez mais barulho que o normal. Não sei se era geral, ou pontual do quarto que ficamos. No mais, tudo dentro do esperado.

Tivemos um problema sério de limpeza no 1o quarto. Dentre outras coisas, o banheiro tinha cabelos de outros hóspedes. Ficamos quase 2 dias (total de 7) reclamando e nos mudaram de quarto. O segundo apartamento foi limpo adequadamente e era bem melhor que o 1o. O hotel tem apartamentos completamente reformados e modernizados e outros velhos que já deveriam ter passado por reforma. A limpeza do restaurante também peca bastante, principalmente o chão e as toalhas de mesa. Também tivemos uma situação muito complicada de segurança. Saímos do quarto para almoçar e quando retornamos, a carteira da minha namorada que estava dentro da mala fechada estava mexida e faltavam R$ 200. Notificamos a recepção do fato, embora soubéssemos que não teríamos o direito de exigir ressarcimento porque o dinheiro não estava no cofre. O staff é muito educado e a estrutura do hotel é boa.

Muitop ruim a manutenção e limpeza. O quarto cheira mofo, a ponto de precisar desligar o ar condicionado, pois o cheiro piorava. Edredon sujo de sangue (parecia menstruação). Piscinas com a água esverdeada com lodo decantado no fundo. Deck de madeira quebrado e instável, faltando pilares que sustentam o corrimão, deixando um vão, colocando os hóspedes, em especial as crianças, em risco. A parte de pedra encardida de sujeira. Faltava toalha de piscina. Brinquedos na área interna mito sujos. Comida OK, com serviço solícito.

Quarto fedendo a mofo; Fechadura eletrônica da porta estava quebrada e soltando bips intermitentes insuportáveis; Estacionamento sem segurança; Manutenção precária; Água muito quente na torneira (mesmo com o registro de água quente totalmente fechado) quase queimou a mão do meu filho. Não recomendo à ninguém!
