I have booked the twin bed with private bathroom but hotel did not reserve the room as said in booking instead they have provided room without toilet. They have contacted Expedia but no support provided. I need to choose to stay in other hotels or stay with room without toilet. The hotel staff hotel staff help to find other hotel but not good due to last minutes booking. I Don’t have an option but to stay at factoria Patagonia without bathroom.

Beautiful, Clean, Hotel-quality 'Boutique' Hostel
I am somewhat of a hotel snob and am very reluctant to stay at hostels. And yet Factoria Patagonia Hostel was my favorite lodging during our 2-week stint in Chile and Argentina! The Instagrammable hostel is decorated beautifully ‘mountain chic’ and very clean. In the summer it does not get dark until around midnight and our room had a skylight, so I recommend bringing an eye mask. The walls are thin so it is easy to hear the comings and goings of other guests, but overall its a quiet hostel so this wasn’t an issue. Our private room had 2 sets of bunk beds and each bed had its own lamp, power outlet, and shelf, which was such a nice touch! The wifi was pretty strong and the staff is very helpful. We stayed here for 2 nights before completing the W hike (left some suitcases at the hostel) and then 1 night after the W. The complementary breakfast is basic, but convenient and filling (scrambled eggs, toast, cheese, cereal, fruit, etc.). If you eat dinner in the hostel, you must get the ceviche! Seriously!! It’s incredible. The vegetarian lasagna was also a good order, but the pizza was not (it just tasted like a bad frozen pizza). The hostel is about a 27-minute walk to the bus station, but is very close to the water and lots of delicious local restaurants.

Nice, modern, new and very clean place. Close to everything. The staff are kind and helpful. Only a couple of suggestions: The rooms are very small and there’s not enough room to put your stuff. More hooks and a couple of shelves are a must! The breakfast needs a bit of attention. A toaster, more variety with the tea selection, jams...
