Stayed here before. Great breakfast and very clean hotel. Dog friendly is a plus!! Some of the front desk people were not professional and had an attitude. Would definitely stay here again!!! So convenient to Highway and several food choices close by!!

NSU Graduation Visit
Solid choice. The front desk staff was very helpful on all shifts. I reported an inop ironing board and surprisingly she didn't waste time resolving the issue and brought me a brand new one from the back. The morning host was very helpful and telling me about the attraction throughout the city. The hospitable breakfast host was on her A game and made sure everything was available and area was tidy.

Water never gets hot enough for a bath. Luke warm. Also lamps have overly-bright LED bulbs in them. Makes rooms look like an operating room.

Extremely professional
We had such a wonderful time staying here, the staff was beyond friendly. Every employee we encountered was exceptionally friendly and polite. They went out of their way with kindness. The rooms were decently clean. The breakfast is a full meal offered and it was constantly being tended to and refilled. I highly recommend staying here and I have never left a hotel review before but this best western deserves it.

This was an overnight stay on our way to a destination. Arrived a little late, tired too. The young lady got us checked in quick and was very kind. There room was clean and in excellent condition. So comfortable!

Looked nothing like the photos and no chance it’s the four-star rating it shows it to be. Incredibly unclean, hair and grime all over the hotel room. No window blinds at all either. Worst hotel I’ve ever been at.

Microwave didnt work and they were great to move to another room. The issue was the room was not a pet free room as requested from my original reservation. My son has allergies and had to take meds to make throughout the night. Also the toilet was not clean.
