Manager Unsatisfactory, Staff Great

Pros: The price and the friendly staff with the exception of the managers.
Cons: Train management to be more customer service oriented and to stop mistreating their staff. The quality of the food served at breakfast.
Location: Easy access to the interstate.
Management was not customer oriented. Front desk staff was very nice, courteous, and professional except when the managers were on duty themselves. The cleaning staff was very nice. I was shocked to see, in writing, that the cleaning staff is held responsible financially for any amenity taken by a guest. How in the world can staff prevent a dishonest guest from taking something from the room when they leave?

Pros: clean comfortable rooms
Cons: Sound wall around the facilities
Hotel/motel facilities nice clean. Location amidst gas stations and fast food restaurants. Noisy traffic, particularly trucks

Nice hotel

Pros: Clean updated room.
Good location just off of Hi-way 6 and I-49 interstate. About five miles to downtown and N.S.U. Get the Natchitoches Meat Pies frozen ready to go at the People's Food Warehouse Grocery Store 840 3rd St, Natchitoches, LA

One night stay

The room was comfortable and very clean. I was check for beds bugs befor putting anything down in a hotel. This room had no traces of hed bugs. Our biggest conplaint was the pillows were too soft.

Great place to spend the night

This was a business stopover but I choose this hotel because of our last stay in it. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to help with any need we had.

Perfect for overnight stay

Comfy bed, lots of pillows, towels, and blankets. A/c and other appliances worked great! Clean, quite, no smell.

Wonderful 2-day stay

Great staff

The staff was wonderful. We had misplaced and item and even after we had checked out they contacted us letting us know they had found it and would hold it for us. It was above and beyond for them to do so. I would recommend staying.
