Weekend family visit

Pros: People were very nice. Room overall was very clean. Breakfast area was one of the best I've seen. The complete remodel job looks fabulous.
Cons: ELEVATOR - MAYBE HAVE TWO HOUSEKEEPERS CHECK ROOMS ITS EASY TO OVER LOOK SOMETHING
Location: RIGHT OFF THE HIGHWAY - EXCELLENT LOCALE
Our room was nice but someone left there hair tie on the door of the bathroom and it was missed when cleaning. My only complaint is NO ELEVATOR!

Cons: Upgrade matrasses
Location: Stay was just overnight
Staff was very nice, room was not bad. Not a real big fan of the memory foam matrass, but that may just be me and my wife.

Nice room but too much noise at night

Pros: The room.
Cons: You have to get rid of that noise.
The room was great but the mechanical noise during the night was awful. I stayed at the upper floor.

Basic overnight hotel

Pros: Not that much, would probably try a different hotel next time.
Cons: Train their staff better so check-in would go smoother.
Location: Great Mexican restaurant an easy walk away.
The hotel is a bit dated, but the bed was comfortable, and the TV, microwave and refrigerator all worked just fine. I experienced a problem with check-in, the desk clerk was not very well trained in the use of their computer system. She said that they had my reservation, prepaid through Expedia, for a different arrival day. Then she tried to change our room number, could not get our credit card run for the incidentals charge, and the first time did not code the room key correctly so I had to return. The whole check-in took about 20-30 minutes, we were tired from a long drive, and it was very aggravating. Also, there are few parking spaces in front of the rooms, so you have to park farther away and then unload your luggage. All in contrast to the excellent Quality Inn we had stayed at in Columbus, Georgia, which was much more modern and the room there was super comfortable, almost luxurious. This room suffered by comparison, but it was OK for an overnight stay.

Great price for 1 night stay. However there are problems with the WIFI and seems to have been for a while. If you are needing to work from computer or need wifi, this isn't the place to be.

Good Motel

Non smoking room smelled of smoke and was moved to another and it smelled as a cover up of smoke. The room was also very humid.

Nice hotel

I stayed one day, which was good, great beds, and paid for a second day, but was called back to work after paying for the day. Manager gave me a full refund when he didn't have to even well after check out. They will also price match. Highly recommend.

Ok for one night. Wifi was horrible. Very slow and kept losing service. Smells a little stale. Maybe could be a little more updated.
