Heater Problem

The heater didn't function properly and we were cold. Hotel staff didn't take any steps to solve the problem. I was told that they'll let someone know about this issue.

went for a weekend. Hotel was up to standard compared to other Marriotts I've state in. Front desk staff was wonderful

The staff was rude and accusatory. Double charged for a room. My back window in my car got busted in the parking lot and the staff acted like it was my fault. Insensitive and rude staff.

Pleasant experience

Pros: It met all our needs.
Cons: All fine.
Location: Near shopping & Mass Pike.
Perfect location for us and the Bistro is convenient and nice for breakfast.

Hotel located in a nice area close to shopping

Room and beds were comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was friendly. Would like to see more of healthier food choices for breakfast

Moldy bathroom. Uncomfortable pillows and thin comforter. Staff was polite and fast, and the general cleaniness of the rest of the room was good.

Let's get the complimentary coffee/tea back.

The Courtyard Marriott Natick is near the Natick Mall which has great stores, restaurants and cafes (e.g. Paul, Au Bon Pain...etc.). I like when a hotel improves with age but the Marriott no longer offers free teas and coffee in the lobby. Whatever profit the hotel gains from the change in now charging for coffee in the lobby is offset by how clients feel about the hotel. The Courtyard should have better amenities and fixtures in the bathroom. Although spotlessly clean, the bathrooms feel "institutionalized" and cheap. I have stayed at this hotel for over ten years so it's overall a good value. I just would like to see it improve, not go down hill in service and its offerings!

Thank you for staying with us. Our brand did change some of it's standards and we are no longer allowed to put out complimentary coffee in our lobby's however there is complimentary coffee in your room.
