Easy access to Mass Pike, Nice Hotel

It was 2 second to get the Mass Pike, my room was large, very nice and extremely clean. I was very glad the beds are very comfortable, and the place is very quiet. My only complaint was I hate their TV remote controls. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel with easy access to Mass pike.

Cons: I think a simple breakfast should be provided or at least a complimentary coffee or tea in the lobby. Only overpriced, scant breakfast available.
We were guests for a short stay. The staff were very kind and professional. Room was conveniently located to dining and easy access to the major roadways including the Mass Pike for easy travel

Only one elevator in the hotel. We were waiting a little long for elevator. We looked for other elevator but we can’t find it. Or just be one elevator!

Good morning, I am sorry you had to wait for the main elevator. We do have 3 elevators in our hotel. One in the middle of the building which we refer to usually as the main elevator, elevator south side and also one for our employees.

Cons: it was a bit cold in our room even at 72 degrees - when turned up too hot

Great location! Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Bar and cafe nice. Banana Bread french toast was incredible!!

Close to tjx Corp office

Hotel was fine, room was clean, and gym was okay. The cons was that there was no breakfast option included. Most marriotts have the buffet included but lately it seems a lot are adding a restaurant option that does not include breakfast unless you pay. The other con was the staff. Friendliness is always the key to getting return customers. Because I booked through Expedia I was not recognized at all for my rewards status. I think a rewards member should be treated as so no matter how they booked it. I still chose Marriott instead of all the other very competitive hotel options.
