Pleasant experience

Pros: It met all our needs.
Cons: All fine.
Location: Near shopping & Mass Pike.
Perfect location for us and the Bistro is convenient and nice for breakfast.

Hotel located in a nice area close to shopping

Room and beds were comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was friendly. Would like to see more of healthier food choices for breakfast

My stay at the courtyard.

It was a very pleasant stay, peaceful the mall is about 10 minuet walk from the hotel, the food at the hotel restaurant was amazing. The staff was very professional and everything was accessible.

Sorry no pool, robberys in the lot only.

I started looking for hotels in the area for my friends & I to get away for the night. First of all I selected filers for pool & Jacuzzi. It came up that there was a pool & Jacuzzi & showed a picture. Mind you I searched Google just to make sure & even then they had a picture of both pool & Jacuzzi. We get there to check in, we had a problem with credit cards because the hold for the room was so much just in case anything happened. We got to the room. It was a great room. Clean. Comfy beds. Nice bathroom. Even better top floor middle balcony, what a great view. No complaints there. We had a nice night ( despite being bummed about the pool ), it started getting late & we all wanted to go out & have some fresh air. That's when my friends found someone breaking into my new car. Fortunately my friend got a good look & a license plate, the cops were able to find them. NO HELP TO THE HOTEL. God forbid you have security cameras. My car was completely stripped. Battery smashed off, horn & alarm cut, master fuse had been set ( making my car key completely incompatible with my car ) basically not driveable. Let's not forget they took my radio & whole center dash, my passenger door panel, rear passenger window smashed, seats were being removed from the body of the car ( my passenger seat is completely disconnected), oh how bout they switched my front tires for theirs. The whole time someone could've been watching a camera & stopped this. I'm very disappointed that the hotel was no help

I am sorry that you had that experience with your car. The area is a very safe place I am saddened to hear it happened in our parking lot and to you. The staff does a great job and did try to help best they could under the circumstances. Please contact me directly if I may be of help to you.
