Excellent value

Location: Lots of shopping
Hotel room, hotel bar, common area with coffee and tea were all very nice and more than I would have expected for the price, Fitness room was not great but apparently in process of renovating. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean friendly hotel. Will take dogs for a $50 fee

Lots of free parking. Clean and up to date. Free wifi and accepts dogs for a reasonable fee. Would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel near food and entertainment

The only things i did not like was the room smelled like i used to be a smoking room so it had a musty, old, dirty body odor smell to it when we walked in. Also, the beds are so small it is uncomfortable for 2 people to sleep in the same bed, and my husband and I were traveling with our teenage daughter so we needed a room with 2 beds.

Would not go back

Room was dusty, outlet cover plates were off, a bag was on the smoke detector, had to ask multiple times for towels and tissue. Room was cleaned at 6pm daily. Hard to sleep room was so noisy. Housekeeping staff was running in halls while on cell phone. Final night they had booked a wedding, a prom and multiple sports teams. I finally told other people in hall to be quiet at 4:40. I did call desk anout noise at 10pm it never got bettet. Other guest slept in their cars it was so loud. My parents never slept and they were on the private floor, so they left for the airport at 3am to get out of the hotel.With all those special groups only the restaurant manager was on duty. I have been in the hotel business for years and this is the worst run property I have been to.

Rooms seem small. Not crazy about restaurant but in a good location. Other food nearby.

"Crowne Plaza" ?

Was expecting a little more from a "Crowne Plaza Hotel" name. I didn't appreciate the x2 king suites reserved and paid for in advance place on a hallway adjacent to a reception hall hosting a middle school dance event, at a Crowne Plaza Hotel? passed 11pm? without even closing the venues doors the entire venue? I must admit, this was less than what I would have expected from a Crowne Plaza name. Then I drop of a suit Jacket for dry cleaning service on Friday evening told it will be delivered and ready by 6:30pm Saturday evening. Needless to say, it was not. I was told they will look into where it was and call me to inform me. The call never came. I had to inquire yet again on Sunday morning as to the whereabouts of my suit jacket just to be questioned if I dropped it off by the 8:30am saturday morning deadline for saturday 6:30pm delivery. I ended up having to show my receipt dated Friday. Very disappointing. Maybe I had my expectations too high for a Crowne Plaza that acted more like a Holiday Inn Express at double the price.

Great, except!
