Basic but spacious rooms, great staff

Basic, spacious apartments very close to a supermarket, pizzeria and train station. (All very useful when self catering with young family.) Hotel staff very helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel,

16 really hot minutes from the station, especially with kids... Nice place, great blinds, some amenities need some updating, including the washing machine. Comfy, yet random...

Far from Venice

Posted Jul 2, 2015
Room was excellent. However location is far from Venice, need to ride train. There was no taxi service to train station , which was about 15 minutes walk, but very difficult if with children and luggages.

Good hotel not close to Venece

Posted Jun 22, 2015
Very spacious, very clean, very comfortable but it takes you 30 minutes in train to get to Venecia, it only costs 4.95 euros for first class one way ticket but you still have to travel abd then walk 10 minutes to get to the hotel.

Just perfect!

Very clean and spacious. Has a great kitchen with clean new cookware/utensils and across the street there is a great supermarket. Excellent wifi. Owner is very kind, helpful and provides great advice on visiting Venice. The place is a ~7 min walk from Quarto d'Altino station which has frequent trains to Venezia S. Lucia where your magical adventure in Venice will begin! Very reasonable pricing for an excellent experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had problem with A/C

Posted Jun 10, 2015
The afternoon we checked in we were told that the air conditioning system was not working, but repairmen would have it fixed shortly. As we walked into our unit we noticed the repairmen working on the A/C system so didn't think anything of it. We settled in, got ready for dinner and left. After a few hours we returned from dinner to find that the A/C was still not working, the repairmen gone and the front desk closed for the night. With the temperature around 30 degrees Celsius and very little breeze you can imagine how uncomfortable our sleep was that night. A fan would have been nice!

Great place for family stay near Venice

Posted May 27, 2015 on Hotels
The hotel was good enough for 2 days stay with my family and the visit to Venice. The location is great with good supermarket nearby and a train station with a 8-10 mins walkable distance. I would defiantly like to make a mention about "Renzo Longo", she was very helpful and had the patience to explain with a map for all sight seeing points and train stations to get on and get off. They also have the train tickets so you just need to buy from them and plan your journey. The train will roughly take 20 mins to reach Venice. With this I would want to thank the hotel staff and specially Renzo Longo. Thanks a lot.
