Just okay

Shower didn't have enough pressure to get clean! I was not too thrilled with the whole experience

hotel seemed empty - they just shampoo'd the rooms

Pros: Location for our event - comfortable bed
Cons: Next time wait for the rooms to be dry before renting them out
Location: Not allot of food places within walking distance but a short drive never hurt anyone
It was quiet - room fit our need. Getting a room freshly shampoo'd was a surprise since it took a couple of days to dry. Not alot of drawer space for a long stay (4+ days) Had a leak in the bathroom ceiling which they fixed after we notified them

Disappointed

We stayed in this hotel last summer and had a great experience. It was affordable, conveniently located next to grocery store and multiple restaurants, and only a 5 min drive to the beach. However this year's experience was not as good. The pool was so dirty that we never even got in it. The ice machines were broken, and to top it all off the housekeeping staff stole a new pair of shorts that were purchased from one of the souvenir shops and sitting in the bag on the desk in the room. Sadly I will not be returning to this hotel.

The pool is outdoor and has a cleaning schedule twice weekly with service. In between we skim to keep up but from your feedback we obviously failed. The ice machine upstairs is presently out of service with a new one on order, we apologize for these disappointments and inconveniences. The most disconcerting comment is regarding a stolen item. I will make the General Manager and Head of Housekeeping aware of this concern. Would you please call us in case the missing item may, by chance, be in our lost and found. We are sorry to hear that you will not return to stay at our property but I certainly understand in light of what you disclosed. We value your patronage and will be sorry not to serve you in the future and can only hope that you might reconsider. FranB, Customer Relation

Holiday Visit

This hotel is a cut above the other chains in the area. Quiet, comfortable rooms. Very close to the beach and anything you might need or want very close also.

perfect for Navarre Beach stay

It is ideal location to Navarre Beach - which is MUCH more secluded and less crowded than Pensacola or Destin--But it still has the same gorgeous beach. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

DISGUSTING

We left as soon as we saw the room. Beat up furniture. WET (with?) couch. Blood on mattress. Do yourself a favor and spend $30 more dollars and do what we did. Go to the marriot across the bridge. One of the nicest hotels I've ever seen. This one needs torn down.

Room had strong moldy smell,

Room stunk of mold, AC did not work properly, carpet was sticky and nasty. Photos on website must be 10 years old! Staff was good, but place needs a good cleaning and some upgrades. Sink and shower drains go down extremely slow, just a nasty smelly place.
