No ACPosted Jun 27, 2017 on Hotels
The apartment was in a nice location but was advertised as air conditioned. The AC was a small unit in a loft (identified as a room). Rome was very hot and the AC was really worthless so the stay was not as pleasant as I would have likes.

Perfect location for visiting the major sights of Rome. 10 minute easy walk from the Vatican and the Pantheon. Minutes from other archaeological sights and some of the well known piazzas. 30 minute walk from the Coliseum!

Roma Apartment centrally locatedPosted Aug 23, 2015
Great location, nice large space. Mezzanine with a queen bed, room with two singles, and couch in living room/kitchen. Renters must be fit: 85 - 400 year old steps to climb each way, no elevator.

Nice apt in beautiful neighborhood.Posted Mar 12, 2015 on Hotels
WARNING: There are a lot of stairs!… 84 stone steps that I would not recommend for elderly visitors. It could also be difficult with large luggage. The neighborhood itself is beautiful, and my family and I were excited for an authentic stay. Most sites are within walking distance with plenty of great places to eat and bars near by. The apt. itself was lovely. It looks just like the pictures. The beds weren't the best, but will do during a short stay. Would definitely recommend of younger visitors.

Great locationPosted Jan 3, 2015 on Hotels
Excellent location and we got used to going up 4 flights of stairs. With luggage it was a pain! Couldn't get heater to work as they turn off heating during some hours of the day and it was real cold in Rome at this time of year. Also couldn't get stove going for some hot tea so had to use the microwave. Wanted to make some coffee but there was green things growing in the filter from something that was there for a long long time. Nice bedding and good to have apartment in a city like Rome.

It is a very nice apartment on the top floor, very quiet. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Excellent locationPosted Oct 9, 2014
Pros: Location - quiet and unique.
Cons: Bed bases in room with 2 singles beds - very creaky.
Location: Very close to Piazza Navona, walkable to most sights or cheap taxi ride. Very good restaurant nearby - Francescos - get there early as very popular wi
Excellent location down a lovely quiet cobbled lane. Very close to restaurants and easy taxi ride to Colosseum. Beware there are 85 steps to climb to apartment so keep luggage light.

This is not a hotel, but an apartment. There are very many stairs to climb to get there. However, once there it is quite worth it. The location is absolutely unbeatable!!

Rome apartment with great locationPosted Jul 3, 2014
Pros: Good location in town and fully equipped kitchen.
Cons: There was a bad odor in the not overly spacious bathroom.
Location: walk to the vatican, piazza navona, pantheon and many restaurants.
Comfortable apartment at walking distance of many attractions. Fully equipped kitchen with en-suite bathroom but quite a few stairs. No room service or clean towels during stay - bit of odor in the bathroom.
