Great place to relax

Posted Aug 18, 2015 on Hotels
Very nice place, villa style. Great pool, great view. Roomy apartments, decoration nice and simple, new. It's a bit further out, you need to go with a taxi to the city (Naxos Chora), a 5 min drive, but it's worth it.

Best view in Naxos

Posted Sep 23, 2014
Paradisia villas offers great value for money and is the perfect place to stay for those wishing to explore the beautiful town of Naxos. Our room was well equipped and the staff were extremely helpful plus the views are breathtaking. We would recommend hiring an ATV or moped as the roads from the villa are narrow windy country roads. Equally, there are plenty of taxis in town which charge around 7€ to get there.

Off the beaten path, and that's a good thing

Posted Jul 31, 2014 on Hotels
The hotel is a bit off the beaten path, but that's what we wanted. Thus, it's most accessible if you rent a car. It's up a big hill, so be ready if you're not good with the standard stick shift. The Hertz people actually got in the car to show us how to get to this hotel. The hotel also has signs directing people, even though this is apparently against the rule of the local community council. The view is lovely. And there is a supermarket within a 10-minute drive. The internet didn't quite reach the rooms, especially for smaller gadgets, and the beds were a little hard. The air conditioning really only worked for the main room, but those were little issues. The hotel laundered two big loads of clothes for us for 20€, so that was awesome. Hotel staff super nice and flexible, full of good info, and great with maps.

Good apartment style hotel; a bt remote; some quirks

Posted Sep 8, 2009 on Hotels
Nice, very spacious, apartment-style hotel on hillside overlooking the main town of Naxos and the harbor. Simple furnishings, very nice pool and great views. Management is well-meaning and nice but a bit stressed. This is very much an apartment-style set up, not a hotel with a staffed desk. If one is ok with that (and we were), it is not likely to be a problem--except if you have, as we did, a lack of communication about when we were showing up. Also, be aware that the hotel is on a hillside, about a 5-10 min and 6-8 Euro cab ride from town up some roads that can be hard to follow at night and the first trip up (after that, pretty easy). It's the cost of the quiet and the great view but it makes the location not feasibly if--unlike most Naxos tourists--you do not have a car.

very large rooms great view

very large rooms, great view, great staff. If you are willing to rent a car and drive on narrow streets. This is a great choice. This was the largest room we had our whole trip in Greece and it was the lowest priced.

Dejlig pool - fantastisk udsigt

Posted Jul 22, 2016 on Hotels
