decent hotel - but outdated

Pros: Price, view and included breakfast
Cons: needs to be updated - stairwell doors need to be fixed so they don't slam when someone goes through them - breakfast juices should be fresh
Location: High up on hill with good view of ocean. Good restaurants down below.
Good price for one night. Hotel a bit outdated and far away from everything so recommend only if you have a car. Breakfast included. Bed not that comfortable.

It should be a 2 star hotel, Breakfast was good the view from the restaurant was very nice. The bed need to be upgraded The lightning in the room was poor, needed some light bulbs. Not recommended.

Very pleasant stay

Pros: Location, overlooking the city of Nazare. Plenty of sun beds around the swimming pool. Hotel's Free Mini-Bus Service to and from the city centre.
Cons: Sound proof in rooms could be improved. It was a little bit noisy when people are chatting outside my room.
Location: If you are looking for a very quiet holiday in Nazare, being away from busy city centre with full of tourists, this hotel is the best place to stay.
Members of staff in the hotel are very friendly, offering me a lot of necessary information via email and face-to-face.

Nice hotel with great views

Location: Nazare centre
We used this as a stop over whilst travelling the west coast of Portugal. It's a nice hotel with great views and on a clear night you can watch the sunset on the horizon. The staff where very friendly and there was a good breakfast selection.

The view is incridible! It's not that easy to get to the hotel when not used to europeen driving style!!!

The hotel needs maintenance and deep clean. The room is dirty. I will be writing to you with some photos, it was a waste of money.

The views from this hotel were spectacular! The room was huge, without a view, but 3 beds, a sofa, table & chairs inside & a deck with table & chairs. Compared to our other portuguese hotel experiences, the breakfast was okay, but not awesome. The rooms could use some refreshing....looks like it hasn't been done in a decade or more.

Overall the stay was ok. The front desk team was ok. Not overly friendly or proactive with information or help. They were ok at completing the tasks asked of them.

Poor experience

Very unhelpful and uncomfortable experiences with the staff. Far from anything. So much potential given its postioning but wasted. It felt like an airport hotel.

Decent hotel with outstanding views of Nazare. Clean rooms with decent balconies. Pool could be cleaner and warmer, but we were there off season so that is understandable. Friendly multi lingual staff. Outstanding value for what u pay (off season). Great buffet and an awesome rooftop lounge!
