Property was as describe, view was perfect, easy to find.
Very clean
AC wasn’t the best, however, we visited from the US so our AC is very cold.
We never saw the owners, they left check-in instructions. They were semi- responsive già whatsapp.
Bed is a very firm mattess.

Beautiful historic building with lovely beach club. It is an old property so expected some of the wear and tear in the room. Decent amenities in the room- not 5 star but had what I needed. Staff is friendly and professional. Particularly enjoyed the beach club- who appeared for breakfast on a rainy day. Included breakfast was top. Definitely get a sea view balcony room. That makes all the difference.

"great location. private parking was a bit far but better than trying to find street parking for your car. we were given a room that was directly beneath the pool and noise was an issue if you plan to stay in room during the day. breakfast spread was ok. staff friendly and accommodating."
