We asked why it wasn't clean and were told we needed to request that service. After pushing the issue, we were then told that we had a do not disturb sign on our door which wasn't true. "

"Buyer beware!!!!! This place is awful! I reserved a 2 queen room and at check in they gave me a king bed only, did not tell me they switched it and when I showed them my reservation they told me it was my fault despite the reservation clearly showing 2 queens! When the manager arrived on scene she told me the hotel was full and they had no other rooms and that I had to take what they gave me! Wow!!!!! So don’t trust them! Staff was absolutely awful! It was so bad I cancelled my reservation and went somewhere else to salvage the trip."
