The beach was beautiful, the bar and restaurant staff were great. The food at all the restaurants were good especially the Italian restaurant. We stayed in Room 21009, a Swimup Deluxe Suite but the swimup area really was unusable because it was right at the bridge, lots of foliage so the patio was always filled with mosquitos and fleas. The rooms were clean and the cooler regularly stocked. Get beach towels early because they run out quickly and sometimes you are just out of luck for the day. The front desk staff need customer service training. We checked in online but our room was not ready when we arrived. Told to come back at 3pm, we did, room still wasn't ready and just told to continue to wait with no idea when a room would be ready. They ended up giving us another room after I asked for a manager. After we said no to the timeshare presentation, we never saw our Concierge again. You must checkout at the lobby and are told to fill out a review while you are in line to checkout. Didn't know this beforehand and would have liked to know when we checked in. There was only one person working the lobby to check out people so this extended our time in line. They put a $200 hold on your credit card at check in but you must pay in cash for any incidentals, they refused to charge the card. Not a problem, just would have liked to know in advance. They advertise 9 restaurants but they are open at different times, one breakfast only, some dinner only, one lunch only.
