Beautiful beach front property. Staff was great except during check in as there was an issue that eventually got taken care of but the front desk staff (Hixror) was a bit pushy and didn’t really exhibit proper customer service. But over all great place that was our 5 time there and that mishap will not deter us from going back.

This property is centrally located on 7 mile beach with many options up the beach for bars and grills. The staff at Coco's are friendly, with fantastic drink and food options at both restaurants on the property. The grounds are clean with a beautiful beach and pool areas.

I have been to Jamaica 5 times and normally we would stay at a BIG all inclusive resort but for some reason I saw this place and decided to give it a chance. From now on and starting with this upcoming fall, we will be staying at the Coco la palm. This rual enchanted cottage right on the beach was everything we had hope for. From the bar and grill to the breakfast and evening dining was nothing short of spectacular. Every single worker at this establishment, were some of the kindest and polite people I’ve ever met. Special recognition to all the maintenance workers, all the servers, From the front desk to the life guards, I felt more comfortable here than I do at home.

This is a wonderful spot in Negril. The location on the beach is fantastic. Right in the middle of the best strip of the beach. The property is small and quaint. The garden paths are lush and beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. The grounds are well staffed and maintained. Good value breakfast included. Paddle boards available for free for guests which was a plus. Lots of beach chairs under the shade of some beautiful big trees. Great value for the price point all around.

Some of the staff weren’t very friendly but overall had a nice time. The bugs on the beach were nasty and I came home with legs full of bites. Some warnings about the types of biting bugs and how to prevent behind eaten alive would have been nice.

Coco is always our go to. There are lots of repeat customers which makes it busy at times. For first timers, it can be a luttle confusing in figuring out the beach chairs and towels and the whole beach vibe. I would suggest to Coco is upon checkin, they explain a little more of where things are and how things work on the beach.

This is a very comfortable small resort on a superb beach. Clean, warm sea, additional pools/hot tub -- all well maintained by excellent staff. Excellent meals available here, and others within easy walking distance for a change if desired. Very friendly atmosphere with a family vibe.

This was our second time staying at CoCo and the service, mostly the beach bar, was AWFUL. We will never go back. We were treated very poorly and it was way too expensive. The food quality was no where near what it was 5 years ago. Left a very bad taste in our mouths for the country as a whole.

What I liked most was the staff, very nice people. What I liked least was the service charges. Also the bar prices are higher than other places and the blended drinks have gotten smaller.

We would like to thank Romeo Facey who works 9 p to 7 A He helped us so much !! At check in we had a issue with our room and he did not hesitate to take care of the problem and then going home our drive who we had set up with Expedia never showed up in the morning to take us back to the airport and again Romeo was our hero again and for us a ride !! Also we love the lady Hazel who cleaned our room for the two weeks we spent at coco ! Gibson always makes us feel safe on the beach and Steve the lifeguard does an amazing job on the beach !! We been to this Property five times and have it lined up already to go back two more times .CocoLaPalm is our Home Away From Home ! We will keep coming back for more !!!!!!

We actually booked our stay here on our way to another resort in Negril. We expecting a motel with restuarant on the beach. We were surprised to discover it was much nicer than our expectations--with several pools, a lovely beach and attactvie landscaping. We got upgraded (not sure why) to the "honeymoon suite" and LOVED that room. Staff was friendly too. Only ate two meals there dinner and breakfast. Happy with the meals, but not with how long it took to bring them--don't know if that was a momentary thing or if they are often short-handed. But that was our only complaint. We would stay there again--perhaps for a number of days.

Coco is a very clean place overall. The gardens are beautiful, and all of the gardeners are friendly and welcoming. The beach is very clean and well attended by the gentlemen that manage the beach, the beach chairs, and surroundings. In addition, the property is well guarded by friendly guardsmen. Our room was well cleaned every day by the welcoming housekeeper.
