Merrills is a nice low key, budget all inclusive. The food was generally good. I liked the local food options available at the buffet. The property could use some TLC and routine maintenance. The staff were ok. I was in town to see family who live in the area. I observed that the staff and security sometimes treat local guests differently, as in they treat foreigners better, so that was not so great to see. I hope they can improve that.

This is a small, secure, clean resort. Having stayed here before, we thought coming again for 12 nights would be great. Unfortunately we were disappointed - lack of food at breakfast, repetitive menu, lack of beach towels and the cheapest local alcohol. Despite the receptionist not particularly helpful, the rest of the staff were pleasant and attentive. There are plenty of sun loungers and beach space. Use of facilities at Merrills 11 could be more prominently displayed.

Beach was nice n clean and the food was good. The liquor was nice. Overall i would stay again. price and services right

The food was tasty. The staff was reserved, even cold. Most member of staff carried themselves like there was a recent death in their family. They do not appear to enjoy their jobs.

The furniture in the room was a bit outdated. The bed was too hard fir me.

The food was very good. The beach is absolutely wonderful! The staff were very attentive.
