My husband and I was very uncomfortable during our stay due to the air conditioner in the room was broken. We brought this to the personnel on staff within a couple hours of our arrival and a maintenance worker came at 1:00 am. Of course, we asked the gentlemen to come later in the morning. The same gentlemen did return and stated that he fixed the air conditioner but it would turn on for 2 minutes and shut off. The next day, the manager over maintenance came and addressed the matter. He too failed to get air conditioner working. He stated, someone supposed to come and complete the work. That person never arrived. The customer service desk never called to follow up with us. We had to continue to update them. One young lady named Alana did try to accommodate us and get us another room but another person intervened in her attempts and stated someone would come fix the air conditioner. Our last day we was able to speak to a manager. Which we had requested one the second day of our arrival. We was told they have to follow the chain of command. Management at that time came to conclusion on how to make up for our inconvenience.
As far as cleanliness, there was hair that was not of my or my husband's hair texture throughout our room. Also, at the Italian restaurant everyone included at my table was asked to inspect our water glass to ensure it was clean.
Most of the staff wasn't attentive to customers unless they was a member of the "Diamond club".
