Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally.

"Upon checkin they told us they forgot to block the room we had booked and that the room was already taken. They proceeded to drop us at another hotel which seemed awful compared with the one we had paid for. I asked for shampoo and conditioner which were inherently available at the original hotel I had booked and this idiot of a guy got cheap soap bars delivered to my and my dad’s rooms!!! The bedsheets weren’t changed at all during the 4 days I stayed there and the staff gave my dad a hard time...

The elevator button for the 8th floor was not functioning, forcing us to go to the 9th floor and carry our heavy luggage down the staircase every single time. Despite our struggles, no staff member offered any assistance. Additionally, there were no bathmats in the washroom, and when we asked, the staff suggested using towels as a substitute, which was highly unprofessional.
