I was looking to book the Hotel Fushin which is in Xizhi, but was directed here when I did my search. When I looked at the reviews, they stated the Hotel Fushin had changed their name to the Hotel June.
Apparently there are two different hotels. The June hotel is located in Neihu and used to be called the Fushin hotel. The previous owners sold the hotel and built a new one in Xizhi.
The June hotel is probably in a better area. Its just older and showing a little wear. The air was very clean though, which is an issue in many Taiwan hotels. Bathroom shower had leaking problems. The thermostat doesn't work. They have a free washer-dryer which was a nice luxury.
The newer Fushin hotel is next to Costco. Its nicer inside, but thermostat also doesn't work. Its more expensive.
Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, and might stay here instead.

The staff is very nice. The facilities are tired and need rejuvenation. Located 2 minutes walk from the subway to can connect you to large swaths of the city. Some good (though not fancy) eating places close by.
