"I arrived Sunday evening and checked in. Was not provided a wi fi password and couldn’t reach the host. Monday morning we had a horrific earthquake and I ran out of the room. Maybe 6 hours later, I was told that they will have a different room ready for me. I was very concerned about going back into the building as it had significant structural damage. Mi observación es específicamente sobre la transparencia del hotel al presentar sus tarifas. Al valor anunciado se adiciona posteriormente el IVA del 19%, algo que considero debería quedar claramente informado desde el comienzo. Además, durante este mismo viaje, varios compañeros de nuestro grupo reservaron directamente con el hotel y obtuvieron mejores condiciones. Creo que el hotel debería ser más claro al presentar sus tarifas y cargos desde el inicio, para que el huésped pueda tomar una decisión con toda la información disponible."
