“Oh boy… I’ll start with the pros: Ground floor It’s just like the pictures. About half mile from old town so it was an easy walk. Quiet building, quiet street 1 car garage Washer and dryer in the building. We loved getting videos with instructions to access building, access garage and how to use the laundry area.
