They quickly resolved this issue, and the second room was clearly not fully ready to stay in. There were boxes of screws, and the boxes for the alarm system still in the room. The kitchen didn't seem to be fully equiped, and there was no sponge, soap, dishwasher tabs or drying towel. The bedding felt cheap and cold. "Thomas was very good at responding quickly and gave good directions to the apartment. The bed was comfortable The kitchen had an oven and a stovetop with a bonus of a fancy coffee machine with lots of cream & sugar. The shower had great pressure and was very clean. The apartment was very close to all the amenities and beautiful parks. This is out of the owners control but the tenant upstairs was very heavy on his feet. We called him stomping Tom. Thankfully, it was only for a couple of hours."
