Satisfying stay

Overall the resort was nice with different activities like pool, bbq, playground for the kids. There are couple of things I would have changed. We got a two bedroom apartment and it had only one water heater, there is no way for three people to take a shower in a row without one getting the ice cold water. Also in the middle of our stay they had to make a electricity maintenance and we lost power for half a day, that’s a lot of time for three grownups and two kids, especially when you lose power at 9am during breakfast time...

Dear Emiliya, Thank you for your feedback. Your opinion is very important for us to make our service better. Please, note, that the electricity maintenance was done by the Regional electricity Company without notifying us in advance. So, that is not our fault. Best regards
