Villa Louisa Nesso on Lake Como is a private land of 2000 m2 with a villa consisting of two separate apartments.

This house on this place offer an incredible beauty, peace and calmness.
The house and the garden make you feel well in Italy at one of the most beautiful lakes in the world.

The villa is located in the charming village of Nesso in an ecological zone just 40 meters from the shores of Lake Como.
This is also a pedestrian zone. In and around the villa you will find absolute peace and privacy.
The Lake Como is only 40 meters underneath the house (150 meter by foot).
In the distance you can see the village of Nesso with the old church. And in front of you there is a breathtaking wide view of the lake.

The villa is surrounded by a magical garden that is lovingly maintained. Here you will find Mediterranean flowers, plants and fruits, including bananas, palm, fig, kiwi, pomegranate, apples, pears, olives, grape, persimmon, raspberry, oleander, lavender and many other species from which you can reap the fruits during your stay.
In the garden there is a small waterfall, which is active in the rain. Then fresh mountain water flows in a small private river.

The garden has several seating areas and tables. In total there are 2 large tables with 8 chairs and 8 sunbeds.
Also there is a charming, antique teahouse. On request, you can book a romantic package in the teahouse. The tea house is then dressed with curtains for you, and decorated with roses. Also it is possible to serve a dinner in the teahouse and even give a wedding.

The shores of Lake Como can be found in front of the villa. If you leave the house just follow the path and after about 150 meters you are already at the shore.
Here you can swim right at the shore of the ancient Roman Bridge.
Just at this point, fresh mountain water flows in the lake that comes from the famous waterfall.
It is also possible to rent windsurfing boards here. At Coatesa Beach: the Navigazione ticket office.

And here you can also get on the ferry. The ferry arrives in the Somer 4 times a day. The boat will take you from Nesso to Bellagio, Argegno, Varenna, Colico or to Como. It is a very nice experience.
Furthermore, it is also possible to make a private boat trip on the lake with our neighbors.
If you have a license, you can also rent his motor boat.

The villa can be rented by the whole house for (maxl) eight persons or by apartment (2-4 persons).

By renting the whole villa you have two floors and a garden of 2000 m2 of garden with breathtaking views.
Or you rent one of the two apartments for 2 to 4 people.
Each apartment has its own entrance, balcony and private garden, which means a part of the garden of about 1000 m2.
